I
have
tried
this
restaurant
on
several
occasions
and
it
has
now
become
a
point
of
reference
when
I
think
of
going
out
for
dinner
and
staying
close
to
home.
Exceptional
cuisine
from
a
distinct
Roman/Roman
style.
I
was
able
to
try
various
dishes
including:
meatballs
with
sauce,
boiled
meatballs
(fried...
to
eat),
tongue,
decomposed
courgette
flower,
cacio
e
pepe,
rigatoni
with
pajata
(a
dish
that
made
me
cry
),
hot
crunchy
Roman
pizza
stuffed
with
chicory,
mixed
salad,
sautéed
chicory,
tripe
omelette,
etc…
It
has
a
particularly
well-kept
wine
cellar
where
it
is
difficult
to
go
wrong:
all
the
bottles
are
little
jewels.
The
guarantee
of
the
service
is
entrusted
to
Noemi
who
with
grace
and
kindness
accompanies
you
through
all
the
flavors
made
available
to
the
Chef.
I
recommend
this
restaurant
without
any
hesitation.
Highly
recommended.
