Reviewing a hospital based on the experience we had with a doctor makes no sense, in this case, because each of us can have a good or bad experience based on the specialist and the visit we have to undergo. As far as I'm concerned, in that case I directly review the doctor and the experience I had with him. The Campus Bio-medico structure, on the other hand, gets 5 marks, primarily because it seems anything but a hospital, very welcoming and very well organised. Large underground car park and the possibility, if you find it, of parking along the road leading to the hospital. The property has a well-stocked bar and a newsagent. Fairly fast acceptances on floor -1.

Completely incompetent from start to finish. Appointment at 3.30pm. I show up early to be checked in for a visit: an hour in line even in the insurance area. I go to the clinic door and stand there for another hour. In the end, the appointment took place at 5.30pm with two hours of delays and my visit lasted 2 minutes. They gave me a device to do a test at home and that was it. After 10 days it is impossible to know if the report is ready or not: no communication or warning, hyper-bureaucratised internet area, impossible to talk to anyone, worse than public health. A shame.

Very well made and completely new structure with a very large underground car park. It is also possible to book visits with insurance (in my case Previmedical) and even on Saturdays. The delay for the visit was notable, even though there weren't many people ahead. They could do better.

State-of-the-art facility with some excellence in the surgical and medical fields. Helpful and empathetic doctors. Organization and nursing care can be improved.

Place located near the Roma Sud exit accessible from the motorway. Paid/guarded parking space inside (about 4 hours 6e) Beautiful/large structure, paid visits or with appointment.. Attentive and scrupulous specialists.

I warmly thank Dr. Vincenzo La Vaccara, the Director Prof. R. Coppola, Prof. D. Caputo, Dr. D. Marchi, Dr. T. Farolfi, Dr. R. Cammarata, all the medical and healthcare staff from the operating room and General Surgery department who gave me the chance to live a normal life again! After too long I can eat and sleep, I'm gaining weight and I'm happy! I would give you not 5 but all the stars in the sky! Campus Bio-Medico THANK YOU for existing!

Today my husband had a pulmonology visit on campus, and unlike the other time, we found a doctor (Finamore Panaiotis), of great humanity and competence. Very polite, and respectful. Thank you doctor, in this world, we need people and doctors like you.

My experience was not the best, it started off badly at the time of acceptance the invoice indicated the wrong prescription from a pneumology visit which magically became geriatric and was subsequently corrected by another operator, as regards the specific bronchopulmonology visit it seemed more like a lesson for 5 interns who analyze and evaluate the situation despite having been provided with previous documentation (chest x-ray) Covid and very recent (chest x-ray) to which a specific question was asked by Doctor but he didn't even bother to look at the images, he himself replied that for the pathology asthmatic looking at them would have made no sense. But if instead, given my breathing difficulty found subsequently through spirometry, I had had an outbreak or even worse a more serious pathology, the situation was not seen but the only thought was to be a teacher rather than a doctor. I must say that I am decidedly dissatisfied and that I felt like I was just a guinea pig to be studied and that I was served as a starting point for students. Poor healthcare, what happened to us, we now only think about studying and healing without evaluating the critical situation to make appointments that the hospital itself had refused but then accepted only with the Unisalute formula.

Terrible experience. Intramoenic gynecological examination. For the relevant intervention, recommended by the doctor, 1 year of waiting, but fixed 1 week later with insurance The Pap test, done as part of the visit, is not sent online, nor is there a dedicated area to find the report online, you can with personal credentials, but what the heck, my provincial testing center does it, and on campus, where people from all over Italy go doesn't have this service! However, I go in person, after 10 days (the 13th to be precise) and by booking, because you can ONLY enter with a reservation, and I hear that it hasn't been reported yet. They have meaningless rules for privacy and are incomprehensibly disorganized. A piece of advice: in Rome there are much more organized structures and doctors who pay more attention to the patient and less to their insurance

Shameful. I accompanied my mother to visit the orthopedics department for her knee. After having paid several times for visits and tests, they finally put us on the list to have knee replacement surgery. The pre-hospitalization was carried out on November 15, 2023 and they still can't give us any news on when the operation will take place. I'm outraged.

Excellent structure with highly qualified staff. Special thanks go to Prof. Spinelli, head of Vascular Surgery, and to the entire team for their excellent work. Thanks also to all the workers in the department, nurses and health workers, always available.

Impeccable hospital and medical, paramedical and administrative staff. I would have given 5 stars but it is unacceptable that the escalator to go down to floor -1 has not been working for four months. Very long queues at the two lifts to go to the reception right at -1. Absurd

One because zero is not expected. An improvised, disorganized emergency room, inhuman, Where the patient is not helped and the patients' families are treated in an arrogant manner without a shred of respect Absolutely avoid

Poorly organized hospital, my father had his suitcases ready for hospitalization for two weeks, as soon as the day to enter arrived we were notified at 1pm for the referral, my father had been fasting since midnight the night before, a person with heart disease, respiratory failure, and 100% disabled But moving on to this too, the day of Sunday 12th November 2023 arrived at 4pm they admitted him to hospital, on Monday 13th November late in the afternoon he underwent this operation, thank goodness it went well because they didn't have to do much , my father's coronary arteries were quite well and therefore today Tuesday 14th November he was able to come home, but here comes the best part, apart from the fact that the exit was sweaty because the doctor didn't deign to sign it, it was asked to remove all the plasters and needles he had on him in the morning because he has clotting problems and his skin tears like paper, but it was done before going out so at 4.30pm, they massacred him, blood everywhere, the arms and hands had become a lake, they had an Os do it, this boy then tried to swab, cover, put 100 gauzes, the blood didn't stop, beyond that they don't have (and we are in a hospital) but to take it away I had to put towels…. But who cared? This was the first and last time I set foot there, hats off to the Maria Cecilia Hospital, I travel 500 km, my father was their patient for years, treated with white gloves, this is the healthcare that we have in our region, more than a hospital, it seems like a walking park to me, everyone walks, as long as they wear a lab coat and they feel like who knows who. When I returned home I promised myself I would leave a terrible review, because I wouldn't wish such an experience on anyone

Disturbing experience I had yesterday, the day of my hospitalization. Waiting time to be admitted: 3 hours and 25 minutes. Waiting time at the floor before being able to access the room about 30 minutes. Then comes the beauty. At 4.20pm they tell me that I have to wait until 6.35pm for the surgery. I had obviously been fasting since the previous evening with the last glass of water drunk at 5.30am. At 6.50pm - I was dressed in an operating room gown - a nurse comes in and tells me that due to delays in previous operations I will not be operated on. I ask if I will be operated on the next morning. He tells me that it will probably be in two weeks, that they will find out if they can before, maybe on Saturday, but it will be difficult... they will let me know. They make me sign my resignation and I go home.
