I am truly sorry to have to leave a negative review regarding the secretariat. It is not possible that to request a visit you have to physically go to the office every time. I don't think that in 2021 we can manage everything alone and exclusively face to face. Is it possible that we can never communicate via telephone? Is it possible that patients cannot send a request via email? Following the pandemic, I expected digitalisation and speed in carrying out simple actions, but instead the phone is ALWAYS OFF, not busy, OFF! I'm really sorry because on a human level the doctors and specifically Dr. Carlesimo are professional and courteous. I hope that this of mine is received as constructive criticism. Good work

terrible organization, the secretariat doesn't care about the doctors present, I don't know what purpose it serves. you ask them for information and in a very rude way, they reply with difficulty. in short, a very bad image of the studio. they don't know that the doctor is late (and they tell you as if she were a doctor detached from the structure), the doctor does not warn that she is late and therefore could arrive after 5 minutes or who knows when. fault of the secretary????? difficult to say from the outside. I can only judge the result, I will go elsewhere. fortunately there is no shortage of private specialists in Rome. the doctor I went to, although good, doesn't know about punctuality and it feels like being in the corridors of the local health authority. then you might as well actually go there, at least pay the ticket!!!!

A practice that has undergone an absurd decline since it became a clinic. Impossible to contact by telephone, little courtesy and attention towards the customer/patient. I won't go into detail about the doctor (general practitioner) who followed me because we are far from professionalism and attention to the patient. Meeting at a visit is impossible and completely rare, telephone contact is difficult and hasty, 0 insights into the state of health! What to say? Go to the Lazio region website and change your doctor.

Terrible at managing the secretariat, they NEVER answer the phone, which is almost always off the hook! It's absurd that at a time like this we have to go to the studio even for simple information! Outside the studio there are very long queues even in the rain... Shocking! It's a shame because the doctors who work there are very good... A piece of advice: change the Secretariat staff! Among other things, also rude

A staff member on the ground floor (pediatric waiting room) doesn't even seat disabled people for a few minutes... and there are no alternatives to rest and rest. Shameful

I went to the doctor's office before the scheduled time and when I arrived I informed the secretary of my presence who signaled my presence and told me to wait as she would call me for the 11.30am visit. When the time for the visit arrived, I first saw a lady enter and then a couple, without being called, making me wait beyond 12.10. Thinking that the writer was the usual idiot in a country of so-called smart people (in other nations considered me) and of the lack of seriousness and professionalism of the medical practice, I left

The secretaries NEVER answer, the phone is always OFF, I've been trying to call for days, and it's urgent information, I had to write to my doctor that I didn't know she was on holiday and therefore disturbing her, which I never wanted! During the 2020 pandemic we were down queuing for hours and the secretaries were celebrating birthdays, births and the end of business happily on the terrace! Not even a patient in the waiting room, I understand the distance to be kept, but at least 4 people can fit in that room, without having to wait down at the entrance in the rain or in 40 degrees! Compliments!

but does doctor Almerindo Rossi really exist or is he a mythological figure??? I can talk to him on the phone once a year, I haven't seen him in person since 2017, the secretaries don't answer, the recipes by email, but when I'm really old, what will I do? …. it's not possible to be a family doctor in this way... it's a shame because I remember him as good and competent, if he still exists! ;)

Total lack of common sense and education, no practical sense in managing patients, terrible organization of appointments. Aggression and rudeness of the staff even via email. No professionalism truly shameful for a medical office.

Absolute zero.... A doctor's office where there are plenty of secretaries who are beyond rude. I am a patient of Doctor Alberici, if it wasn't for her I would have changed doctors immediately... Hours of calling with no answer.

Trained ophthalmologist and efficient secretaries, considering the difficulties of managing a practice with many specialists

I would give zero... They care for too many patients and don't even have time to answer the phone. If you can't, downsize.

They do not give the possibility to contact the doctor by telephone. When I asked the secretary how to receive a consultation in an urgent case of need she replied "if you feel ill that you are about to die you can call 118". Do a little yourself...

I'm only giving one star because it's not possible to give zero. I call for whole days to make an appointment and they never answer, so you have to go in person... and there you find the guard who tells you: You can't come up without an appointment, call by phone, or via email. I replied that no one from the secretariat he answers, so I went up (almost by force), I go upstairs and call the office with my cell phone, while the 3 secretaries were all present. Surprise... there was no patient in the waiting room, my phone kept ringing but they were laughing and chatting with each other and didn't answer, then the call ended automatically, and then I called back but they didn't answer. I discovered that they see the calls, but they have silenced the ringtone. I asked one of them why they didn't answer the phone, and she told me that they always answer: At that point I slammed the phone in his face, showing him that my phone was still ringing, but she wasn't answering, and she told me : Is the number I see yours? and I: yes and she: ahhh well tell me, while she smiled. This is Italy in the covid era, of emergency, and of solidarity

I've been trying to contact the center for days, always busy and that rare time the phone rings tells you that the operators are busy! I urgently need to speak to my doctor, but it's impossible! I will try to contact you a few more times, then reluctantly I will change doctors because it is not possible to need your doctor and not be able to talk to them because you never answer.

The secretaries would all need to be changed. Rude, crude and keep the phone off the hook.
