Very rude and unhelpful staff. Shop assistants truly convinced that they are doing their customers a favor. The shop manager is even worse than the shop assistants! It's a shame because Primadonna shoes are beautiful!

They sell faulty shoes and if you notice it after buying them and try to change "oops there's no size!"... of shoes JUST ARRIVED. Of course! I'm only sorry that I left good money more than once, because those who know me know that I know how to be a good customer. Good lost customer, OPS! :)

Very kind staff. Medium quality products. Prices are not fully displayed. Example on a long shelf with 5/6 pairs of shoes there is only one central price 49.90....but in reality it is not for all the models on that shelf, the prices are 69.90 etc. They should put each shoe with its own price.
