Very bad service. Personnel apparently is under the impression that customers should serve them instead of the other way around. Also: all the special offers were not available on the day we were at the airport. On a more positive note: food and drinks weren't bad.

Unfortunately this small restaurant in the airport made a couple of mistakes. All of the Europeans customers were waited on before me despite my obvious que in line. I had to get up and start to walk away to ensure that they brought me my bill. Terrible service that marred an otherwise wonderful visit to Rome, Italy. Of course you have no way of knowing if it is a protest against being American, of color, not Italian etc., but the fact I have to decipher why I was treated differently is enough.

So many places in the airport I chose this one Autogrill . Big slice of pizza & beer 1€ extra any pastries I picked a big pistachio doughnut all very tasty. All the while i was in the 2hrs there no one had bad food given to them .

HATED IT! 100% TOURIST TRAP! I bought 2 paninis and 1 coke and the Bearded man in Cash told me that I can have a Packet of chips included what’s free! But it was €2! At last I gave them the chips back but they didn’t give back my 2€! Then the ingredients of the Panino was rotten very badly! SMELLING VERY BAD INSIDE! LO SCONSIGLO!

DO NOT BUY THIS PASTA & SAUCE GIFT BAG! If you have to transfer from 1 country to another, you will risk getting your sauce confiscated! I left Italy for US and had to connect through London Heathrow and had my sauce confiscated cause the packaging did not meet standards.

Visited Jan 2023. Found a café for breakfast. What chaos. They used the system where you tell them what you want and pay at one spot, then take your receipt to another spot to actually get it – and all of this with the Italian queuing system – ie he who pushes in best and shouts loudest gets served first. Ordered toasted ham and cheese sandwich and orange juice and multigrain honey croissant and cappuccino. What we ended up with was a toasted sandwich dark on one side barely toasted on the other, dry and not nice at all. Only ate about 1/3rd. Orange Juice from blood orange which meant it was red colour but was nice but only small (freshly squeezed), A cappuccino (normal small) and ended up with 2 honey croissants (mixup in the food collection part of the system). They were made with multigrain flour and only drizzled in honey but they were nice and not very buttery.

Super bad service. They treat tourist who don't speak Italian not nice. The staff should not work there if they don't like their job

Got two mozzarella and tomato baguettes. Still partially frozen. Very disappointing

On our way out to catch a flight this was one of the last food places so we grabbed a few snacks for the air. Service was fast, and fair. Some of these 1 star reviews from people eating burgers, at an airport, in Italy and expecting it to be something spectacular are funny.

Worst experience. Avoid this place! Ruined food- junk
