Il Casale Del Gusto è una vera oasi di pace nella caotica e frenetica Roma, tutto, dalla location alla cortesia del personale, é in perfetta sinergia per farti passare delle ore di spensieratezza ed allegria tra un bicchiere di vino e dell'ottimo cibo. Ed è il cibo il vero e indiscusso protagonista del locale, sempre fresco e curato nei minimi dettagli, con menzione speciale per il panettone fatto in casa, uno dei più buoni mai mangiati. Dal punto di vista della location, ampissimi spazi interni ed esterni per grandi eventi. Un ultimo, doveroso, encomio va a Giorgio e Tatiana veri padroni di casa e persone splendide.

È un bel posto per fare un ricevimento. La piscina pecca un po' di manutenzione ma nel complesso è OK. Per il cibo sono molto disponibili per offrire il menù che si preferisce ed il prezzo è basso (per lo standard di Roma). Qualità degli ingredienti? Non so immagino OK. Gusto del cucinato...mi dispiace ma io sono marchigiano e qui a Roma se vuoi "magna'" bene come "se magna'" nelle Marche....me sa che devi spende almeno il doppio!! Chi vuole capire capisca.
