Absolute rob dogs, just charged me £12 to remove one link from a watch strap, and £9 to cut one key, only took him 2 minutes

1 person in front of me Waited 5 minits no acknowledgement So gave it neck.. Don't think I've found a decent tampons anywhere..

I went in today, to have the back put back on my watch, the lady was lovely, as for the man he was rude I felt quite embarrassed, the lady handed him the watch and said can we put the back on this, his reply as he handed the watch back to the lady was we carnt do it for free its £10 to put it back on and said something about breaking the glass, I replied, I am not paying £10 took my watch and walked out as there was other people in the shop. I did NOT ask for it to be done for free, I did not ask how much it would cost, I was happy to pay whatever the cost was, I was not paying £10 to be embarrassed infront of people. It was not a cheap watch and I would of been happy to pay that if he did not make me feel like I couldn't afford to pay it.

Happy with the service provided. The man (I forgot his name) that assisted me with resizing the bracelet of my watch was professional and helpful. Just from looking at the bracelet, he accurately estimated the number of links to remove to make the watch fit nicely. All done quickly and efficiently. The friendly joking attitude of the man was a great comfort while preparing of my first automatic watch for use. Will happily return for other services in the future.

Friendly staff. Steps to access premises but even with my restricted mobility they were not a problem. I only wanted a small repair to a shoe, and this was completed whilst I did my shopping. Reasonable charge for the work done.

Visited with my daughter and 3 year old grandson it was amazing...interactive for all ages....unfortunately some things weren't working but didn't spoil the overall experience...fabulous demonstration also ...my little grandson had a lovely time....and so did we....food reasonably priced and good quality 😊😊
