Had a good time, great vibes, good music, nice food. Waiters/ress’ were really nice and attentive, food came out looking, smelling and tasting 👌🏼. Been to a few different restaurants of this chain never had a bad experience

Had a fantastic bottomless brunch on Saturday! Big thank you to Lauren for looking after us. Excellent service from arrival to when we left. All the staff worked very hard to ensure the guests were happy. The brunch is great value and I love how you can have ANY cocktail from the menu as part of the brunch. Food was made fresh and was really tasty. The restaurant was very clean, had a great atmosphere and I will definitely be back!

Wow, if you have never tried Caribbean/West Indian food, then please give Turtle Bay a try as the food is amazing. The waitress and all the staff are very welcoming and friendly that you feel settled in right away. I originally went for the curry goat, and wow, I was blown away as the meat was so tender and mouthwatering good that I wished I had more as it came with coconut rice, peas (kidney beans) and coleslaw 😋 with a drink of large lemonade soda. Yes, the curry was on the spicy hot side, but it is worth the heat I shall definitely be returning, but I need to make a start on saving back on the pennies first 😀

Fantastic Food and service! The drinks just kept coming. Bottomless means bottomless here and The staff are always checking in to see if you need a refill. Can’t wait to go again

I've been here twice now, such a lovely restaurant. The atmosphere is amazing and the food is delicious. Love the cocktails too. Both times the service was great, no problems whatsoever. The food came out pretty fast too which is always good. I much prefer Brindleyplace to the one near new street station. I'll definitely be going back when I'm in Birmingham again.

We came in for an early brunch. We were served by James who was brilliant and very friendly. The food was amazing and this is the reason I always pick Brindley Place location for a trip to turtle bay the atmosphere is always perfect and all staff are always friendly. The vegan options were a welcome surprise as some restaurant don't always have a vast choice.

Lauren was a brilliant server and couldn’t praise her any higher! She was so attentive and we are grateful to have had her! Thank you Lauren! Food and drinks were exceptional as always!

This was a fabulous restaurant that I booked a table at, with a beautiful and flashy design of many colours! The bar is nicely styled, the staff were lovely and I got 2 for 1 cocktails with a friend during Happy Hour. The Passion Rum Punch was beautiful, outside seating is comfortable and appropriate for the hot weather!

Turtle Bay is one of my daughters and mine favourite places to eat when we are in England and wish we had one in Ireland, this was our second time to the Birmingham venue and as always it did not disappoint. Lovely food, great service and some great cocktails. I love their baby back ribs and we always share a portion of their garlic bread to start. Unfortunately we never make it to dessert so can’t comment on these. Early evening has a special on cocktails, so supports the budget nicely. Great experience as always.

Food was good, cocktails amazing so many to choose from. The pawns are delish 😍 Taiyah the waitress was lovely and very attentive. Will come back again.

Really enjoyed my meal here a couple of nights ago. The food was quite tasty and the cocktails were amazing! The atmosphere was quite chilled inside, but the music was extremely loud for some reason. The staff were all really friendly, especially when I couldn't make up my mind of what to order. They happened to be out of salmon and fish fry that night, so I ended up with the prawns which was delicious and the festivals. I did also have calamari, but I didn't really enjoy that too much. My friends all really enjoyed there meals. Overall really good experience. Service from waitresses 10/10 Will return!

Fabulous service by Lauren tonight. Place was quiet, plenty of tables available, as this place is relatively new it’s not well known in this location. Food was excellent, and drinks were 241 after 21:30 so that was a bonus. Really good place to know about if your looking to eat late in town.

With absolutely no experience whatsoever of Caribbean food, decided it was time to remedy that. Should have done it sooner. Really, really surprised and impressed. Jerk ribs, wings and mac and cheese bites to start. The former well spiced. Nice! The Trini curry chicken and goat curry mains were superb and all this spicy fire was tempered with banana toffee cheesecake and poached pineapple. A wonderful evening aided by great staff. Thank you. Must do it again.
