Amazing experience! I had a manicure, pedicure and revive Spa day for one which includes a deluxe facial, Swedish massage and Indian head massage. I feel fresh and so relaxed. Fardus is extremely welcoming and friendly, the salon is very clean and set up beautifully. 100% recommend any lady to book an appointment here. I'll Definitely be returning. Thank you ❤️❤️

I went to Muna to save my wrongly colored hair and cutting my little daughter's long hair. Although I have had very bad experiences here in Birmingham so far, Muna has gained my trust. Muna is very professional and understands her work.She puts in a lot of effort and loves her work. She and her sister are warm, accommodating. We felt very comfortable with my Friends. I came here yesterday with my friends, we got the silver package and the entire process has been 100/10 from beginning to the very end! The service was top notch, the area was so clean, the staff were so accommodating, kind, and caring. This was for a birthday and the staff brought out a cake stand, plates and knives for us as well, she even packed the cake for us after too which isn't even her job too, the hospitality was just something else. I will be returning!

I had a package deal with Habiba today which included a facial, a back massage as well as a head massage and she was genuinely amazing. Not only was she really friendly and welcoming, she knew exactly when to apply more pressure easing the knots in my shoulders 11/10 experience

Lovely hairdresser very professional however to any girls wanting to get permanent straightening I wouldn't recommend as my roots are my original texture after the first wash and my hair feels dead sadly.

Had the deluxe facial here today and I will definitely be coming back, my skin feels and looks amazing! The place was so clean and comforting. Fardus was really friendly and made me feel comfortable as soon as I entered and throughout my facial experience. She even gave some really good skincare tips which were a bonus!

Very clean salon, decor is fantastic, Furdaus is very informative, she did a skin analysis and then treated my skin, she knows what she is doing and gave me a few tips on how to imorove my skin, i will never go anywhere else, the neck and upper shoulder massage was included in facial, absolutely love it. This will be my regular.

Guys this spa is the BEST….booked it for a friends bday there was 4 of us girls and honestly had the best experience!!! The service the cleanliness the whole setup is amazzinnggg……if im being honest the price for what you get is too good…..they have a jacuzzi a shower a whole station for tea, coffee, snacks etc then they also have a place for steaming and you get a back massage which is sooo relaxing and refreshing….loved everything about this experience and was definitely worth the money and will deffos be going again soon….thankyou to the 2 ladies that made us feel so comfortable and helped us have an enjoyable experience x

Booked in for a jacuzzi package yesterday and had the most amazing experience from start to finish. Fardus and Habiba were absolutely lovely💓 best massage I’ve ever had. Cleanliness and hygiene was 10/10 there was literally nothing to fault. An amazing girls day out, would highly recommend xxx

Came in for the silver package, what an absolutely fantastic experience!. The cleanliness and neatness & environment was great, calm and serene. Jacuzzi was amazing throughout the service offered by the lovely Firdaus and Habiba was incredible. We were offered tea and coffee with an array of snacks. Steam and shower was great and the Swedish massage was better than expected with a lovely scrub and mask experience. Was extremely pleased as it was a complete holiday vibe and would 100% recommend to others and Insha'Allah will be visiting again.
