👍 Always a great show, but this year they decided to only have two people taking payments at the gate, so it took over an hour to get it. Hopefully someone with some common sense will be put in charge next year! People often mention show, year, parking,

I'm sure the show will be brilliant once.......................we get in. Really slow from North Devon link road roundabout, then muddled and slow parking and directions then further long queueing to actually get tickets. Previous years great, this year very disappointing time spent just getting in. Back home now....feeling bad about posting 1 star initially. Now upgraded to 4 stars. Let's hope access to site and parking is more streamlined next year like it always used to be. Alot of the car parking marshalls were very young and clearly inexperienced - unfair on them and visitors to the show.

Stalls were great as was the site. Only downer was road marking. Taking someone who had experienced several strokes last year and wanted to go to remind himself of happier years, I had planned to park in Blue badge area. Sent the wrong way. Thankfully more helpful staff inside made a parking space for me close enough to the entry. That enabled him to go. The ground is not exactly friendly to those unable to walk any distance and is murder trying to push a wheelchair over. But at least we managed something on his bucket list thanks to the kind man inside who let me park close enough. 2018 This year, again blessed with gorgeous weather and better signposting. Directed helpfully close to entrance. The queue was horrendously long but we were able to set a chair for K in the shade of the mobility tent and queued without him. Then when we got near the entrance just collected him. He never would have lasted at the show if he had to queue. I think plan ahead next year. It was a good morning out. We couldn't get everywhere as too busy in places for someone unsteady on their legs. But he really enjoyed the outing. A had a good day too and helped her dad choose a new hat. 2019

Poor location down small narrow roads. Unsuitable location (not enough parking leading to park on local roads and block traffic) with complete disregard for local residents and neighbours

The show was really good, with plenty of options for entertainment, enjoyment, as well as a massive variety of food and drink options. We particularly enjoyed the livestock displays and agricultural competitions, which frankly are the whole point of a show such as this! Where we were disappointed, was the traffic and parking management - many of the staff didn't have a clue where the members parking was, and the lack of knowledge regarding egress routes when attempting to leave the show was pretty shocking!

Despite the weather , we enjoyed the show yesterday . We purchased some lovely items and some tasty cheese, goat and cow ! The narrow lanes were one way which enabled the traffic to keep moving . The parking was good and there were coaches to use instead if you wished . The displays in the ring were entertaining and enjoyable . Roll on next year .

Like a mini Royal Cornwall. Highly recommended apart from the AA signs saying 'no access to show' but not giving you the right way to go!

Poor planning regarding wet weather contingency planning. Wood chips in high foot fall areas would have helped. Saw everything in two hours. No cover in food eating areas . Good job a few trees around. Very little practical provision for the disabled or elderly. Good to see use of bales for seating. Aware that a lot of groups and individuals who require carers and wheelchairs/ mobility aids including scooters put off. The show really needs to improve its diversity and inclusion policies. Lots of red tape and assumptions for those who wish to attend with a carer. A Blue badge should be sufficient evidence for a reduced ticket. I know that if my relative had come to the show , there is no way he would have been able to get around. Matting could help improve access , this was used to help vehicles get into certain areas of the site. Off road mobility scooter hire would also be helpful. Did not see any availability to hire at entrance like at other similar shows. Disappointed as the show could be so much better for so many more people by just adding a few extras . Poor weather provision should always be a high priority at events such as theses.

Disgusting attitude with regards to Disability awareness and access. Unbelievable attitude and ignorance shown by one person in particular who should know better , completely unforgivable behaviour. The impact it has had on the very vulnerable lady can not be underestimated. Really need to sort out disability awareness like other shows have.
