πŸ‘πŸ‘ I've been to a few gyms in London over the years, including trendy ones like Blok and Gym Box, and Bloodline is my favourite gym. Very friendly, probably the hardest workouts I've ever done, yet very fun. It's got a lovely family/social vibe , and is not pretentious at all, yet has a very high stand... People often mention friendly, Bloodline, welcoming, great, train, trainers, classes, training,

KO Bloodline is an excellent gym. If you want to get fit and learn Muay Thai and get fit it's a fantastic place to start. All the classes are top quality. They're not easy but they are totally addictive & rewarding. It's a very respectful gym and everyone is very friendly. If you want to train hard and achieve results then this is the place for you. People try to help and encourage each other.

Very welcoming to all types of people, body types, ages, genders etc. If you want a small, friendly gym, with world class trainers, this is the place. You'll leave feeling fitter and probably make a few new friends. The welcoming attitude comes from the coaches and owner who are really positive and obviously have a lot of passion for what they do.

Excellent level of instruction here. Every class I've been to has been taught by an experienced, enthusiastic, and attentive teacher. The Sunday ladies classes are great. They've set it up to be a welcoming, inclusive, friendly space and the students all help each other and have fun. Favourite Muay Thai gym in London and will keep coming back

Bring your kit and sweat you arse off. They look after you, and make you train hard. Good for adults and children, men and women. See you there.

probably the most sexist MT gym i've ever trained in. management don't want to address it, no matter how many times you complain. it's shame, because it's otherwise decent.

This gym has totally changed my outlook on fitness and health. I never thought a gym could be so supportive and friendly. Entering a gym like this is usually intimidating for a first timer or someone that needs to get themself in shape. But I have had nothing but encouragement and support from everyone from the head coach, the gyms fighters and all the teachers (and even those training along side me). If you want to try and new way to get in shape for 2019, stop thinking about it and come down to Bloodline!

Great Gym. The Guvnor Paul, Arnold, Zusana, Phil, Yusaf, Nadine and more are all brilliant teachers. They will make you work hard but it will be worth it. Very welcoming and great atmosphere.

I've been going to Bloodline gym for 5 weeks now and in this short space of time i've made massive progress in several areas, including loosing 10kg in weight which was one of my main goals and my technique has improved tremendously. I can't recommend this gym enough, the trainers are all very experienced and extremely good at what they do, the workouts can be tough but the hard work pays of very quickly. Best Gym i've been to, EVER!

Cool gym to train at, all the trainers are relaxed with a wealth of knowledge about the sport. My only complaint is they don't train the clinch. I am not sure if they reserve it for the pro fighters or not, but the clinch is an absolutely essential otherwise they are better off calling it a K1 gym instead of a Muay Thai one.

One of the best places in Hackney / Clapton Pond for Yoga and Pilates. The teachets are great, very tentative and welcoming. Serious gem in the heart of Hackney!

I have trained in a few different gyms around London. I love this place. Classes are pitched just right, trainers are experienced fighters and there isn't any attitude at all.

I've never been to such a friendly and welcoming gym. Classes are tough and intense, but with the sense that everyone's in it together, at whatever level works for you. Particular shout out to Nadine, who brings amazing energy to a Monday night!

Attended my trial class today. The location is easy to find and connected well with public transport within the area. I found the students and teacher very welcoming and professional. The class structure was great and I thoroughly enjoyed the drills and meeting different people. Thank you for having me.

I recently moved to London and wanted to find a place to train and KO Bloodline was the first place I tried out. I've been doing Muay Thai on and off for about 6 years - but have to say this gym is amazing! It's open every day and there is a friendly atmosphere with good coaching from both the instructors and training partners. Fitness is horrible in a good way - I often finish a session with a dull ache and my body knows I have been training!!

After going for a couple of weeks, I can honestly say this place is 10 out of 10. What makes this fight gym really stand out against the others I've been to is the friendly atmosphere. I've been to quite a few other gyms you feel the regulars are trying to "suss you out" intimidate you, and generally they are not welcoming. KO Bloodline is nothing like those others. They are so welcoming there, all of the trainers, from the owner Paul, who seems to be very involved in the gym, to all of the guys and girls teaching glasses in there. They all make you feel welcome, and seem to genuinely want to help you. Even the sparring is great fun. The classes are great and varied. You can go at all times of day. The saturday morning conditioning classes will have you throwing up it's such hard exercise, but the whole place is alive and buzzing so you get a high from being there and want to keep coming back. I reccommend this place to everyone, its 10/10 for atmosphere, 10/10 for teaching quality, 10/10 for motivating you to come back and 10/10 value for money.
