I had an excellent experience Alhamdulillah. Haroon is a very skilled professional who clearly knows what he is doing. It was my first time having Cupping done, and although I was very nervous and apprehensive at first, he made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I immediately felt purified and physically cleansed, and my back (which has been troubling me for several months now - felt a million times better) after the Cupping process was completed. The customer service was amazing. Details note to prep for before hand such as loose clothing and drinks etc. the office is in a very nice location and the set up of the treatment room is very professional. Sana was my therapist and was amazing. Process lasted about an hour. Sana kept me up to date through out the process. Hijama cupping isn’t painful so do not assume it will be. Depending on personal situations pain would be different however after the session I felt very much energetic and body felt very relaxed. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Great experience with Haroon, was very professional and massages the skin to ensure blood flow. I have been with other cupping therapists but no one as good as QAYA Clinic. Antiseptic spray was used after the cupping procedure. Definitely book with QAYA clinic you won’t regret it!

I had my first ever Hijama with Haroon who was very calm and informative as he explained the process and benefits. The customer services was great and friendly. I travelled from Nottingham to get there as i rather get the Hijama done a clinic rather than someones house. The clinic was easy to find and has parking outside the building. Haroon was profession about his duty and full explained the process. It was not painful just felt like getting pinched and less painful than getting an injection. HIghly recommended and inshallah definitely going back and will tell others.

Sana was so lovely and she made me feel so comfortable, she would always start with bismillah which made me so calm and also allowed me to pray when I was done- we had a lovely conversation and she made the cupping very peaceful for me with so much advice. I have had experience with cupping( higama) in the past, and the last time I did it was 3 years ago, except that this time was going to someone else for a change, I didn't know what to expect, but I managed to form an idea, when I got there, it was clean,tidy, and comforting, when Haroun started the process, I could almost immediately feel assured that he is a professional, knowls his job well, and throughout the process he kept me aware of what is going on, he made me aware about many medically related matters, as well as prior to the start of the session, I was instructed to what to eat or drink. This is third Hijama session done so far and each time someone different has done it.The cupping done by Haroon is amongst the best I've been to so far. He is quite educated, gives good advice and brings in Ahadith and scientific analysis to describe the benefits of Hijama. At first I was a bit sceptical and a bit wary of the cutting and how painful it would be. But Haroon put me at ease, explained everything and reassured me regarding the cutting part of the cupping. I have noticed a massive improvement in my shoulder and will book another session for that but now I will try wet cupping on my lower back with Hijama Birmingham Cupping. Highly recommend them and intend to use their services again Insha Allah
