I went to see Dr Sinclair, as I have a number of health concerns and being in my mid 50's, unable to get health insurance and finding out about a variety of conditions that are heredity, decided it was time. Dr Sinclair and a trainee thoroughly examined me for 2 hours, looking at my wellbeing, mind, physical and social conditions. This is the real deal on how all these areas interact. Without getting personal he was very thorough. This was followed by a follow up where we went through results and given an action plan. This plan for me has really motivated me to change aspects of my lifestyle, including recommended supplements and in my case a mri scan on my knee. In short I highly recommend the Doc and felt reassured and at ease all the way through. Highly recommended UPDATE 5/4/22 Well what can I say 3 months later I have reached my target weight, all my vital stats are now in normal parameters and Im feeling good. Thank you Dr Ben! Excellent service. Had booked a gel nail treatment for my daughter but when Kuldip examined her nails she advised against this as nails were not strong enough. She spent time advising my daughter how to look after her nails at home and suggested alternative polishes that were more gentle. Although my daughter ended up having the cheaper and quicker treatment Kuldip still spent the full 45 minutes doing a really first class manicure with lots of helpful tips and hints. A very professional service from a lovely lady who is passionate about providing the right treatment for her clients.

Spirit Mind and Body. That is what Dr Ben is all about. I have never met a doctor who has placed so much importance on one's spirituality and mental well being on top of looking after the physical health, as an integral part of treating the entire person. I truly believe this model of treatment. However, it is very rare to find such doctor and most treatments are fragmented only limited to the physical aspect, not paying attention to the psychological and spiritual needs of a person.I definitely recommend his exceptional service. Exceptional doctor. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I haven’t been receiving any guidance or support from my NHS GP, so I decided to look for support elsewhere. I emailed the private practice around 7pm and managed to get a last minute cancellation appointment for 11am the following day. I went to see Dr Sinclair for long Covid and his knowledge, advice and suggestions have been phenomenal. He was incredibly compassionate and personable in his approach. He’s created a treatment plan for my recovery and I will be seeing him in a couple of weeks to see how I get on. Couldn’t recommend him and his team enough.

Serenity is my regular salon since I moved to Birmingham, over a year ago from London. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for 20 years and I can honestly say, since coming to Serenity, these are the best my eyebrows have looked! I had an online appointment with Dr. Sinclair, and can't recommend him and his team highly enough. I had been getting nowhere fast with ongoing health problems suspected to be long covid, and struggled to get support via my GP. Dr. Sinclair is very warm, thorough, validating and knowledgeable. He has first hand experience of long covid and what may help, invaluable for a new illness for which many doctors are at a loss of knowing how to proceed. He gave me a detailed plan and booked a follow up appointment to review my progress. Booking appointments is easy and Zoe even helped solve a problem with my prescription. I recently had a full health check with Dr Ben Sinclair from Dr Finlays practice. It was so refreshing to have a proper old school examination like i remembered when i was younger. The examination was so thorough, he literally checked everything. I had an ECG, body mass index, ears, nose, throat, stomach, urine test, blood tests you name it he checked it. But the appointment was so much more than that. He took time to find out what an average day looks like, what my vices are and then give me a comprehensive list of things to look at changing in my behavior and nutrition which will iron out an creases i have in my health. He booked me in for a 3 month follow up so i have a goal to work to. i came out feeling like a new person. It's the best money i have ever spent. Thank You.

Two weeks on, my nails still looked fabulous, but I found the woman who did my treatments openly judgemental about her customers' appearances and circumstances, so I haven't returned. Left me wondering what she said about me to her next customer.

Dr Ben Sinclair visited my 90 year old, Caribbean mother last year and he was the doctor she asked me to contact last week in relation to some frightening hallucinations she was experiencing. The service Dr Sinclair provided was outstanding. He was prompt and efficient in completing a thorough examination, organising blood tests, providing a diagnosis and a clear treatment plan. This was all carried out with exceptional warmth, expertise and compassion. I cannot recommend Dr Sinclair highly enough.

Following a lovely chat with Dr Ben, I booked into the Solihull Practice for a Medical. What a difference to a NHS appointment?!! We were able to discuss my issues and I received a full comprehensive report. This included suggestion of a Consultant Referral. After checking with my local GP surgery (where I was still unable to get a face to a face appointment!) I was told that the NHS waiting list was most likely to be a minimum of 12 months! One referraI request from Dr Ben's clinic resulted in an appointment within the week! The procedure was successfully dealt with on the same visit. This concluded what could have been a lengthy and stressful wait. I would strongly recommend that anyone who is procrastinating just goes ahead and books an appointment. You wont be disappointed and it will save you lots of "thinking" time which isn't good for your health!!

I have been visiting Serenity for more than 20 years for various treatments; from eyebrow threading, depliation, nails, face peel (dermobrasion) and much more. I have always found Kuldip and her staff to be extremley thorough and never rude.

After nearly three years of failing to get a range of NHS (this included those that form part of the LC hub) & some private practitioners and consultants to recognise the signs and symptoms of LC and how these can trigger and exacerbate symptoms in those with hypermobility – we booked an online, initial consultation with Dr Sinclair. Dr Sinclair is highly recommended by others on the Long Covid for Kids and the Hypermobility Association Facebook pages and we can now understand why! Within minutes Dr Sinclair unified all the symptoms of LC and hypermobility, our son has been experiencing for nearly three years – having experienced both himself. We felt listened to, validated and experienced a huge sense of relief that we were being taken seriously. Dr Sinclair emailed us a record of the consultation and a detailed action plan on the same day of the consultation. Dr Sinclair’s administration team – in particular Bernie – has also been fantastic and super-efficient. We now feel far more confident that our son’s health will return to what it was, pre-pandemic levels. Many thanks to Dr Sinclair and the team – we cannot recommend him & them enough.

Dr Ben Sinclair visited myself and my grandmother at home this week and was incredibly helpful. He is friendly, professional, kind and informative and really took the time to answer all of our questions and to explain in detail what the problems could be. After being let down by the NHS, I came to see Dr Ben at Dr Finlay’s Private Practice for Long Covid. He has been incredibly supportive and thorough. Knowing that he has had LC himself helps too, and he is keen to share the latest research findings with you, which allows me to feel more in control of my health. This research informs his treatment plans, and I have been slowly improving since having regular appointments with him - something that seemed impossible over the last two and a half years! Today I had a zoom appointment with Dr Sinclair regarding my daughter's Long Covid. It has been 10 months of hell with this mysterious illness and guesswork as to possible remedies. I had a few online appointments regarding my son and long covid. Dr Sinclair helped us immensely. I have never had the need to see a private GP but I would definitely recommend Dr Sinclair and the team at Dr Finlay's.

We were absolutely delighted with the initial consultation we had with Dr Sinclair. He was engaging and interested in really listening to our daughter's symptoms and experiences. After over three years of suffering with Long Covid, countless false dawns and an often frustatingly dismissive approach from my GP surgery, I decided to bite the bullet and try out a private practice. I was not disappointed. Dr Sinclair, having suffered the condition himself, was keen to listen and understood the struggles I have faced trying to get back to full health. He has been able to offer a range of treatment plans and also offer an explanation as to why I have been experiencing certain symptoms, something other healthcare practitioners have failed to do. In many ways, all I wanted was an answer, and now I feel I am some way to reaching that point. His help and advice has been invaluable. Communicating with his team has been effortless and always professional, so a big shout-out to Zoe and Bernie too.

I highly recommend Dr Sinclair and his team. My son has been unwell for nearly 2 years following Covid 19. We have seen many Drs in that time both NHS and private. Dr Sinclair is the first Dr who has been able to give us a treatment plan to follow and hope of recovery. He is very understanding and supportive. He is very knowledable about Long Covid and explains everything in simple terms that make sense. It is still early days but I finally feel my son will return to full health.

Dr Sinclair and his team, I also see Dr Gill, have been a great help with me and my daughter with long covid. It is so refreshing to talk with people who have actually experienced long covid and who can offer treatement strategies beyond the Chronic Fatigue model that is run by the NHS. They are friendly and understanding and both our symptoms have improved (or should I say decreased?) under their guidance.

This is a hard review to make as I really don't like giving negative reviews! Starting with the positives - the salon was exceptionally clean. The negatives was that the "customer service" was cold: as soon as I entered into the salon for my treatment there was no responses to my hello. This may sound like a minor issue but as a paying customer/human it is nice to have a "hello" back. I was simply asked to confirm my details upon entering the salon. I told the lady who threaded my eyebrows I was in her salon as I was out of the area and I needed my eyebrows doing as an emergency, hence why I came to her. She responded that it's nice to have someone to do your eyebrows that speaks English - indicating that my usual eyebrow lady could not speak English. Not once did I say to her that my usual eyebrow lady could not speak English. I just thought this was a weird comment to make which made me feel uneasy. This comment may well get deleted or I may well receive a response to say I signed a form following my treatment whereby I commented I was content with the services received, however I did not want to mention the dissatisfaction in the open reception where there was a customer waiting. I may have just attended on an "off" day as the previous reviews are great. I guess I just had a different experience to others.

My first experience at this clinic and I loved it. I will be definitely booking again. I was nervous to attend a new place but I was meant to feel comfortable. I have a clean finish on my waxing and i would recommend. All measures for being clean and reducing risk of covid 19 was taking. Super clean work area.

Started going to the salon around a year or two ago with terrible shaped eyebrows and have been every 3 weeks since! Kuldip threads my eyebrows at a fantastic price and they look the best they've ever looked. They're fuller, growing in the right direction and perfectly threaded. Really recommend her salon and the products she uses too. Honest advice on skincare and will even recommend products that she doesnt have if she believes its better suited - beautician with your needs in mind, not hers. Her husband Kal will always greet you with a smile and a chit chat when you walk in and they always do everything they can to accommodate my beauty needs around my constantly changing schedule. I went here because I thought I had milia under my eyes, I was told that it's not milia and it won't be treated but just for business they sold me a cream that wasn't even relevant to my issue, it's an ENVIRON Eye Gel that's for £47 online but they got me to pay £65 for it, it's an ANTI WRINKLE not even related, today I found out I have Under Eye Bumps I've used the serum they sold me for 2 months, nothing changed. Thanks alot, It's funny how I didn't say when I had my appointment and I threw away the receipt a few weeks ago, depression was in my wallet.

Hands down! Both Kuldip and Kal are amazing. It's been nearly 2 years since I first contacted them interested in having my first ever Wax. I was really nervous on my first booking but honestly Kuldip made me feel so at home that still to this day Serenity is the one and only salon that I go to for any of my treatments. Kuldip offers great advice and professionalism, you can really tell that she takes pride in her work and genuinally cares about you getting the best result in whatever treatment you book with her. They even try their best to accommodate any last minute requests which I am famous for aha. They also have really good sweeties! 100% recommendation :)

After a catastrophic 1.5 years of NHS appointments trying to help my Long Covid I was left in a terrible place. The NHS told me there was ‘nothing more they could do’ and I was having to navigate that disappointment (and scare) alongside my already Debilitating conditions. Kuldip saved my skin. Growing up I've always had problematic skin which resulted in me using harsh products and peels to rectify these issues at a very young age. I also went to other skin clinics that gave me very abrasive treatments. When I came to kuldip my skin was damaged and looked awful from the years of neglect and poor choices. Instead of selling pointntless product's and abrasive peels/treatments she got to the core of the problem. Best eyebrows every single time!! In times when we have most of our face covered with masks - your eyes and eyebrows are the most visible part of your face so having clean beautiful eyebrows can make a huge difference to how you look & feel. I had one of the Guinot facials and it was my first facial. The therapist talked me through every step and gave me information on all the products that were being used. She took out all the blackheads on my nose and warned me of the pain and potential peeling. My friends/family have all commented how amazing my skin looks and once lockdown is over my friends will definitely be using the service.
