This
is
a
hard
review
to
make
as
I
really
don't
like
giving
negative
reviews!
Starting
with
the
positives
-
the
salon
was
exceptionally
clean.
The
negatives
was
that
the
"customer
service"
was
cold:
as
soon
as
I
entered
into
the
salon
for
my
treatment
there
was
no
responses
to
my
hello.
This
may
sound
like
a
minor
issue
but
as
a
paying
customer/human
it
is
nice
to
have
a
"hello"
back.
I
was
simply
asked
to
confirm
my
details
upon
entering
the
salon.
I
told
the
lady
who
threaded
my
eyebrows
I
was
in
her
salon
as
I
was
out
of
the
area
and
I
needed
my
eyebrows
doing
as
an
emergency,
hence
why
I
came
to
her.
She
responded
that
it's
nice
to
have
someone
to
do
your
eyebrows
that
speaks
English
-
indicating
that
my
usual
eyebrow
lady
could
not
speak
English.
Not
once
did
I
say
to
her
that
my
usual
eyebrow
lady
could
not
speak
English.
I
just
thought
this
was
a
weird
comment
to
make
which
made
me
feel
uneasy.
This
comment
may
well
get
deleted
or
I
may
well
receive
a
response
to
say
I
signed
a
form
following
my
treatment
whereby
I
commented
I
was
content
with
the
services
received,
however
I
did
not
want
to
mention
the
dissatisfaction
in
the
open
reception
where
there
was
a
customer
waiting.
I
may
have
just
attended
on
an
"off"
day
as
the
previous
reviews
are
great.
I
guess
I
just
had
a
different
experience
to
others.
