Fiona
was
recommended
to
me
from
a
family
class
I
was
attending
at
the
time,
due
to
the
fact
I
was
experiencing
back
pain
during
and
post
pregnancy,
and
also
thought
I
had
diastastis
recti.
What
I
visioned
and
what
I
actually
got
were
two
entirely
different
things.
I
expected
some
exercises
and
some
manipulation
to
ease
my
back.
Yet,
I
received
holistic
support
way
beyond
expectation.
Fiona
looked
at
my
diet
and
lifestyle,
where
I
carry
tension,
(which
also
encouraged
me
to
look
at
WHY
I
carry
so
much
tension).
I
had
no
idea
that
my
diet
was
contributing
so
much
to
my
lack
of
repair.
I
thought
I
was
eating
relatively
well,
but
actually
what
I
was
lacking
was
way
more
important.
Fiona
addressed
my
hydration,
my
connective
tissue
repair,
my
overall
diet,
my
back
in
a
physical
sense
and
also
managed
to
address
my
anxiety
and
the
effect
this
had
on
my
body
head
on
all
within
an
hour.
She
recommended
a
mindfulness
class
nearby
to
where
I
live,
in
order
to
release
tension
mentally,
and
therefore
benefit
physically.
Before
seeing
Fiona,
I
didn't
think
very
highly
of
myself
at
all.
In
fact,
I
disliked
so
much
of
how
I
looked
and
how
I
felt.
I
was
governed
by
my
back
pain
and
riddled
with
tension
and
anxiety.
Now,
I
have
made
many
permanent
changes,
thanks
to
Fiona's
support.
I
am
kinder
to
my
body
and
have
a
more
relaxed
mind,
which
in
turn
has
given
me
more
self
worth.
I
very
rarely
go
at
break-neck
speed
which
was
a
normal
pace
for
me
before,
due
to
Fiona's
encouragement
to
stop,
breathe,
and
let
go
of
tension
through
my
core.
I
have
now
learnt
how
to
'let
go'
and,
this
combined
with
the
massage,
manipulation,
stretching,
pelvic
floor
assessment
and
supplements
has
actually
helped
me
more
than
I
could
have
imagined.
I
feel
I've
been
pulled
out
of
a
literal
hole.
Thankyou
Fiona,
for
not
only
being
a
fantastic
physiotherapist,
but
also
for
being
an
amazing
holistic
one.
