I was referred to Dr Luis through my dentist to remove an impacted wisdom tooth that was close to the nerve as other surgeons refused to remove the tooth because I was highly at risk of nerve damage. Dr Luis did an amazing job and saved me from nerve damage. I am glad he has lots of surgical experience. He explained everything clearly making sure I understood what he was saying. The staff at Central England were very nice and helpful too. The staff contacted me after the surgery to see how I was and there was also a follow up appointment with Dr Luis. Shaheen

My mum Susan has been coming to Central England for about 7 years. Always had a fantastic service, very professional staff and have made me feel very relaxed. They pull out all the stops and make it a very individual experience. A very forward thinking and top class practice. Would never change to anybody else and would highly recommend. At 85 years of age, after long periods of discomfort and pain, my regular dentist said he could no longer help me and referred me to Central England. WOW. Space age technology, unbelievable skills - all in an efficient, professional and friendly environment where the objectives and process were fully explained. I had no perception of what my implant journey would entail. I needn’t have worried as Dr Neil Wilson proved to be an easy and relaxed person with the knowledge and experience sufficient for any patient to put their faith in. His ability to perform to such a high standard ensured any concerns I had were immediately assuaged. With the impressive air filtration system used at the practice there were no safety concerns during COVID-19 for patients or staff. I have learnt a lot during my treatment about the process but more importantly how to better look after my dental hygiene. This was most apparent during my appointments with the hygienist, Victoria Richards Carter, who was able to explain how I should be caring for my teeth and gums. From start to finish I feel I have been well looked after.

Yesterday was my final appointment with Neil and the team at the Centre. 2 years ago I was referred by my dentist as my teeth kept cracking and dying - pretty horrific and I'd lost 2 molars in quick succession plus a further one a few years before. So I had the 3 replaced with implants - this is not a quick fix. It took a year (bear in mind we had Covid half way through) then my smile was restored (top left molar had left a gap which left me self conscious). Just as I was due to be signed off (October 2020) my front teeth, which had been crowned and bridged for many years, snapped off. This was so distressing. I called the centre in a complete state. They got me in to temporarily fix and I started the process for more implants for my front teeth. This took just over a year from start to finish. Worth it. Worth the time, worth the money. Not sure how they do it but, even the big operation to implant in my front teeth left me with hardly any bruising or swelling. Just amazing . I now get compliments on my teeth all the time - they look just perfect. I would highly recommend the Centre and all the staff there. Thank you

I must commend Sabrina Griffith for her extremely caring and professional treatment that I have yearly as preventative measure. Having a root canal and crown treatment at this centre in the past, I've found everyone very compassionate and caring. Worth more than the money. Keep up the hard work Team.

Having been referred here from my own dentist I have been treated so well. All of the staff are super friendly and welcoming. After being advised I needed some surgery, I was referred to Sabrina who worked her wonders and provided all of the help and advice that I needed to get my bleeding and plaque scores to where they should be to allow the surgery to go ahead. Monica then did the surgery, she really looked after me and explained everything. The aftercare has been amazing and I now continue to attend hygienist appointments here with Sabrina rather than go to my own dentist.

WOW!!! what an excellent experience I have had at this dental practice. I was referred to to Central England via my dentist at Webheath Dental Practice following an emergency appointment for an abscess. I was in excruciating pain and was beside myself with worry and anxiety. I had previously had a root canal on the tooth some 20 + years ago and over time the root canal had become compromised and had developed into a raging abscess. I was quickly referred to Central England as I needed the root canal treatment repeating together with a new crown. I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist and was then met by Dr Ben and dental nurse Nicky. Dr Ben explained in detail the issues and the treatment plan to put things right. Every aspect of my treatment was met with pure professionalism, confidence and competence. During the appointments I was kept comfortable and, more importantly, pain free. I really cannot recommend Dr Ben and Vicky highly enough. I have received first class treatment and had a very pleasant dental experience dished with a side order of good humour and professional conduct. Thank you Dr Ben and Vicky. What a fantastic team.

I was referred to CESRC by my dentist to have an implant and to assess an old crown to confirm whether it was restorable. Dr Neil Wilson explained each step of the procedure carefully, this was also confirmed by letter. The post-operation guidelines were explained clearly too. Dr Wilson and his team made me feel at ease throughout the whole procedure. The work was carried out to the highest standards. I am absolutely delighted with my new implant and the restored crown. Excellent Care I have had a dental implant and have been really satisfied with the process and outcome. I had a "retained root" and the steps were carefully explained, including a formal letter. After being referred by my own dentist for a root canal treatment. I first went for a consultation and was welcomed really well, all staff were friendly and welcoming. Brilliant service and answered all questions and took the time to explain in detail. When going for the treatment, lots of reassurance and friendliness. I came to central England to have my wisdom tooth extracted. I received fantastic service from all the staff at central England. Luis did my procedure he was excellent. We talked my through the procedure prior the extraction and took extra care as I was very nervous. Also the nurse Poppy looking after me was lovely and took great care of me throughout my time having the procedure. The surgery was successful and the recovery went well. I will be definitely recommending Central England to my friends and family.

I was referred by my dentist for ongoing grinding and wasn't happy at the distal gap between my teeth as it seemed to of gotten a bit wider with age. Most importantly I wanted to align my bite better as a unlined bite can be the cause of many oral health problems. I wasn't disappointed Neil is a very what you is what you get type of person and very transparent. This is what I admire and respect especially as I'm neurodiverse with both Autism and ADHD. I can't deal with opaque people. Neil recommended braces after asking how I feel about them. This was with his specalist orthodontist Antonia. I then received a quote for what we discussed quite quickly. Being as thorough as I am I decided to also go for another two consultations with two other private dentist. This was costly as no consultations are free but I wanted to get the best as it's a costly investment. The othet two I wasn't too keen on. The one boasted how good he is and he remember's Neil from when he did his own training, but I found the braces he used wasn't the brand name he stated on his website he said this was due to them being too expensive but the one's he uses are just as good...eh no thanks not transparent enough for me. You should use what you advertise as it's false advertising! The other one wanted to use a dental split before braces this seemed to be a rip off because mouth splits can be over £1000 then I would require another one after braces. So Neil was the winner. I have now completed my braces treatment by Antonia who I actually hugged up last week to thank her once I saw the final result with my braces off. Sunny has also been fantastic always taking time to explain things to me and being very accommodating with my appointments. The dental hygienist is also the best I've ever had I've had to stick to 3 monthly appointments whlist I had my braces on. They may seem expensive to some people but your teeth look so white afterwards and again the dental hygienist explains everything to you and it's a very good refresher we could all do with having as we all get into bad habits, even though having braces has actually educated me how importantly regular flossing is etc. I would never pay for NHS dental hygienist appointment again it's a waste of money doesn't even come close. Its made me realise the difference when you go private as you are seen as a human being not just a NHS number. Neil however despite being a well known established specalist hasn't let that go to his head and instead he treats you as he does every patient with respect and full transparency. He really is one in a million. I want to thank him and everyone else at Central England for their excellent high 5 star customer service they always give and most importantly the work they have done on my teeth. It's gone so quickly. Thank you sincerely from the bottom of my heart.

I have going to Central England Referral Clinic for at least 7 years, firstly for implants and now for regular visits to Sabrina the hygienist. Throughout this time Neil, Sabrina and all the staff have been marvellous and so kind. Everybody always put me at my ease and helps with any problem I may be experiencing. I was delighted with the implant work Neil did, it gave me a new found confidence and Sabrina is a wonderful hygienist. If you considering any type of dental work, I would have no hestitation in recommending Central England Referral Centre.

I had a molar implant. The staff were always most attentive and efficient. Tooth extracted, then a wait for new bone growth, followed by the implant and a temporary and finally the final tooth. It’s so much better than having a denture. No problems at all. Thanks to Neil and all the staff

Neil and his team are highly professional and experienced, and that really showed through at every step of the treatment I received for composite build following referral from my dentist. Neil explained the process fully and put me at ease, the actual treatment was scheduled for 4 hours which was daunting by Neil and team worked quickly and thoroughly to get it done within 2 which I was grateful for. As probably Central England’s most nervous, phobic patient, I cannot recommend Central England highly enough. Monica is such a top human, so professional but totally understanding and patient with me. Sabrina who has the patience of a saint and looks after me so well. And the nurses -they are all so nice to me and let me take as much time as I need. I always feel safe and secure in their hands and I have been able to undertake the treatment I so badly needed. Would highly recommend anyone, especially nervous patients.

Just after 4 appointments with Sabrina my gum bleeding score went from 50% to 5%. I am now ready for implantation. So far my experiences have been perfectly positive: for the duration of an hour long appointment with Sabrina one is getting an undivided attention of a highly qualified professional working tirelessly to restore the health of your teeth and gums. I do not think I will ever want to see a different hygienist.

Neil was supportive and professional in all my treatments. I have had four implants put in and the result has been life changing in a positive way. To date I have had three implants undertaken by Neil and his team. I was expecting to have discomfort on at least one of the procedures, however this didn't occur. Neil is very professional and his team are impeccable, appointments are always on time the after care and communication are very thorough. I have just finished my treatment at Central England, I had 2 root canal fillings, 2 teeth removed, 3 crowns and 3 implants. I recieved superb treatment from the Hygenist Sabrina. Througout my treatment I was treated with great care and all my concerns were dealt with with great patience by all of the staff and in particular Dr Neil Wilson. I can not recommend them highly enough. I am now proud of the end result and am following my care plan to the letter.
