A fantastic team at Heath Dental. Thanks to Sat and Lucy (the hygienist) I was able to have an implant and be rid of the denture that I disliked so much. This is an excellent practice, everyone is friendly and professional and the hygiene and safety during Covid 19 has been exceptional. I strongly recommend.

The practice is very clean and welcoming. The reception ladies are friendly and professional. My visit today was treatment with naveen. He was calming and reassuring as I'm a nervous patient. The dental nurse, geeta was brilliant. It's such a friendly practice and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Would highly recommend, you wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Staff at Heath dental are fantastic. Every single person from reception, nurses and dentists have been so kind and comforting. Everytime I had an anxiety about my root canal they were so reassuring and kind, I never felt judged in anyway and always left with a smile on my face! Sat is wonderful and always kept me comfortable. Me and Sat share a love of food and cooking so we would talk about our recipes amongst very uncomfortable dental procedures, which really was exceptional service. I had a great experience at Heath Dental. I had an unusual and awkward tooth extraction and the team ensured I was comfortable and pain free throughout. I was given excellent aftercare advice and follow up. Highly recommended especially for those who are nervous or have had bad experiences with dentists in the past.

I've always been anxious about dental work but my original check up with Sean Powers made me feel very calm, he discussed with me in detail where I was with my dental health and we together made a plan on how to get me to where i should be. It was very reassuring and I was booked in with a Hygienist called Ishmael the same day. Ishmael worked swiftly and diligently and he encouraged me to raise my hand if I wanted a rest which I did as my jaw was aching at one point. He was very patient and happily answered any and all of my questions in detail. I was very pleased with this service, and now feel much more confident not just with my smile but in regards to any further dental work I may need in the future.

Heath Dental did an excellent implant. It took a long time but this was due to the meticulous attention given to getting everything right and allowing sufficient time for healing at the various stages. Heath Dental we’re very careful to ensure I was as comfortable as possible as the work was carried out. Administration was also excellent ensuring I was kept fully informed throughout.

I’ve only had 1 appointment, but I’m fairly certain I’ve found my forever dentist. If every dentist was like Sat, nobody would be scared of the dentist. Attentive, transparent, empathetic, reassuring, caring, polite, respectful, honest and incredibly thorough. Absolute 5STAR service for Health dental. Every single person part of the service is top tier and makes you so comfortable and valued as a patient. I had a horrific experience with another private dental service so had huge anxiety to return to a dentist as I have a lot of serious work that needed to be done. But the focus that Sat and his team have on creating a np pain environment and so supportive is amazing. I almost fell asleep in my last appointment even with 3 fillings! There is nothing I would say that needs to be better other than I wish it was closer, as I drive up from Kent for the service. But I think that just shows how much coming here is worth it. If you have anxiety about the dentist, have no fear when you come to health dental.

Not been to the dentist for a very long time. Location is accessible, with plenty of free parking front and rear. Practice itself is very clean, receptionist are very helpful and warming. Mr Sat Kelley did my initional examination then went through the xray's after explaining and showing me the 3D image of the health of my teeth and gums. Cost and treatment estimate was given there and then with a breakdown cost sent to my email. Cannot wait to start treatment 😁 B

When I first met Sat Kelley it was over Zoom He was in his house, I was in my room My teeth had gone downhill by a country mile He promised he’d help me get back my smile After many appointments we started in earnest For 8 weeks I slept on my couch They say they are pain free and I think ‘You jest’ But I was never in pain or said ‘Ouch’ I’ve lost count of the hours I sat in that chair My second home it seemed to become From reception to nurses and hygienist too All the staff care for you and then some After 14 long months it’s finally done I now have new teeth and they’re great I’d recommend Heath Dental to anyone asking I’m 66 - and it’s never too late I can't recommend Heath Dental highly enough. I'm not scared of the dentist but I don't like some of the injections. Sat always talked me through every stage and gave me time by numbing the roof of my mouth before using the syringe, thereby stopping all the pain that I was dreading. I now have a full set of bottom teeth and a new denture at the top which looks much more natural than previously. Although it did not affect anyone else I am much more confident in the way I feel and look. They are also wonderful in their aftercare - I have received calls from both Sat and Emma asking if everything is ok after I completed my treatment - 5* service. Thank you to everyone from the receptionists to the nurses , hygienist and of course Sat himself.

Visited the practice to be seen by the hygienist who I have to say is brilliant. Thorough but also very gentle. I have seen quite a few hygienists over the years and many treat you like they are digging up the garden. This experience was so pleasant and I actually look forward to going. She also goes above and beyond in the care of the teeth.

I've always been very nervous of the dentist and following a bad experience with a hygienist many years ago I've avoided going to have my teeth cleaned for years. I finally plucked up the courage to go and had a appointment with Lucy. Absolutely fantastic. Made me feel very at ease, no pain, 100% I will go ever 6-8 months now and will always be requesting Lucy. Cannot recommend enough, fantastic service.

I did the 6 month smile with Joanna and I cannot believe how amazing the service, level of detail and end result were. I had been wanting to have my teeth straightened for years after noticing gaps that were newly forming and also, after years of not feeling very confident about my smile. Joanna gave me a really good initial consultation where she explained everything really well and in a format which I could understand. From start to finish, despite how anxious I was about going to the dentist, I was made to feel comfortable and listened to if I had any concerns. When my braces finally came off, Joanna explained the whitening process to me and also gave me flowers as a congratulations for my new smile! Super happy with my experience here, could not have asked for anything better 😊

I took my niece and nephew for their dental check ups and found it a very pleasant experience. The surgery is extremely clean with hand sanitiser available and the staff are very friendly and professional. There is also plenty of parking within walking distance so i would highly recommend this practice to anybody looking for dental treatment or advice

After not being registered with a dentist for about six years, I managed to get an appointment with Heath Dental. I was quite anxious about going (I’m not the greatest dental patient!) but I was made to feel extremely welcome at the practice from the very start. The dentist, Joanna, was very mindful of my slight anxiousness when performing my oral health assessment and talked me through everything she was doing, frequently pausing to check that I was OK. It was probably the most thorough check-up I’ve ever had! And because of the commentary to put me at ease, it was probably one of the most interesting check-ups, too! A couple of days later, I had an appointment with the hygienist (Victoria). Again, she was incredibly friendly and talked me through everything she was doing. She also talked me through various options for looking after the ongoing health of my teeth and gums. In fact, the one thing that really struck me from both appointments was that my oral health was being scored and that they were really keen to improve it - not just to book me in for a regular appointment, but to actually help me improve my oral health going forward (with a commitment from me as well). All in all, I was hugely impressed and it wasn’t at all the terrifying experience I’d built up in my mind!

Pain free isn't just a statement, its what Heath Dental provide, I never fear going, and have been a patient for some years, although I think a friend would be a better word as they are a very friendly and helpful team, no matter who you are dealing with. Sat Kelley is my dentist and, as with all the team at Heath Dental, if any treatment is needed, or asked for, you are advised what is required and how it will be carried out, whilst looking at different options to achieve the best result, all fully explained, before and at each stage of treatment. Having just completed a course of treatment I feel really happy and 100% satisfied and very pleased.

As a extremely nervous patient I couldn’t recommend this dentists or Naveed enough. He answers my questions, doesn’t keep my waiting long and gets the job done as fast a possible. I also go to see Lucy regularly to get my teeth cleaned and she is the most patient, lovely and kind person. You aren’t a number at this dentist, they really take pride in your care and take things at your pace.

Our whole family have been patients at Heath dental since 2012. I can honestly say all our treatments have been extremely pleasant, pain free and a it’s a great pleasure to visit the dentist. Sat has performed many many procedures on my teeth consisting of a root canal, a bridge, crowns, fillings, a veneer, hygiene appointments and just recently a titanium implant. I can truthfully say I would never ever consider going to another dentist. Our whole experience on every single visit has been lovely. All the staff are amazing, they are extremely friendly very professional and the aftercare is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff, reminders are given prior to your appointment and a follow up call is also made to check everything is well. A truly amazing dental surgery.

Really impressed with this place so far. Having avoided going to the dentist for a time, I’d heard nothing but good things from friends that go here so I decided to go along. The receptionists were really friendly and helpful. I had the initial consultation with Zoe, who was also extremely friendly, she took me through all the options available and explained the costs. Although I’m not looking forward to any dental work I may need, I know it will be done well and I will be looked after.
