I have visited Soles Foot Clinic for years. I work on my feet all day and it’s important to look after them. Parmjit is amazing. So much so. I live in Devon now and come back to the Midlands for his expert treatment. He even helped me with an Achilles tendon injury and suggested exercises and stretches to do. I went to see Parmjit with an infected, painful ingrown toenail. He stayed late to see me as I was in agony. He was so gentle and he took the time and trouble to check out my feet and discovered another ingrown nail. He dressed them and they have both recovered well. My son had an ingrowing toenail. I had never used a podiatrist before, and didn't know anyone to recommend one. So, I relied on google reviews, and came across Soles. Parmjit was very helpful and reassuring from the very first phone call. He always talked through the options and what would be involved. He ended up doing an operation to remove the sides of the nail. My son actually fainted, but Parmjit handled it very professionally and efficiently and still managed to complete the operation. My son has now finished his treatment and I'm very glad we went to Parmjit.

Parmjit has worked wonders on my feet. I went to him in the summer of 2022 with some quite considerable pain in my left foot. He carried out a thorough bio-mechanical review, diagnosed the problem, and we took it from there. The insoles he created for my shoes have solved the problem, and I am now completely pain free. Parmjit also gave me stretching exercises to keep my muscles nice and supple. A first class practitioner.

I went for my first appointment earlier today. I have been experiencing pain in my right foot for several years but had not sought help until now. Parmjit carried out a thorough assessment, incorporating an examination of the foot itself as well as questions about lifestyle etc. The exercises that he showed me during the session had an immediate impact and alleviated the pain. We agreed that I would continue with the exercises and hopefully I will continue to see an improvement. Parmjit also recommended that I try some dietary supplements. We will meet again in the New Year to assess progress.

Parmjit's professionalism, experience and manner is second to none. I have suffered from a fungal toenail infection in one foot for a number of years and after trying several treatment methods (tablets, oils, laser), as well as being referred to a specialist through the NHS scheme, this issue still remained. The only option the specialist left me with was to permanently have the infected nails removed, which I strongly disagreed with. I decided to seek for alternative medical solutions and this is when I came across Parmjit. He examined my nails and foot thoroughly and also noticed that due to the infected nails, this had led to another condition, athlete's foot (something the specialist had failed to notice). Parmjit very clearly explained the treatment method he would apply, as well as which prescribed medication to consume and over the counter products to try. I felt a sense of relief after my first meeting with Parmjit, as he had made me believe that the infection can be treated without any nail removal. A couple of months went by and what a difference! My toenails are almost looking infection free and athlete's foot is near enough cleared. Parmjit has worked wonders and I cannot thank him enough. I will continue seeing Parmjit until my nails and foot are completely healed. He is an excellent and very knowledgeable Podiatrist, who I highly recommend.

We phoned today looking for an emergency appointment for my daughter due to her ingrown toenails and was seen within an hour and a half. Parmjit who I have attended for years, kindly came out on a home visit, to attend to us both. This included the removal of a very painful big toenail. He was very professional as usual and as always made you feel extremely comfortable and at ease. Would 100% recommend without hesitation.

When I first called Parmjit took a history and pretty much diagnosed the issue over the phone. Attended clinic and Parmjit confirned a verucca. I'm in the middle of a course of treatment and all going well. The verucca is shrinking and I'll post again with the outcome. Excellent communication throughout.

I visited Soles foot clinic after a recommendation from my GP surgery. On my first visit I had a very painful corn removed which I am pain free. With good advice what to expect about treatment. I also had a bad foot nail fungus which I am having treatment. I would recommend Soles to anyone with a foot problem.

I contacted Parmjit with a pain and redness in the corner base of my big toe. He contacted me back within minutes and I was seen later that day. We discussed my problem he assessed my foot and new what the problem was, then he gave me a warm foot bath and proceeded with treatment. Excellent. Very professional and friendly. I needed an urgent appointment due to pain starting from my ankles to my calves on the lightest of exercises. Mr Sohal was recommended to me by my GP. Got the appointment within 2 days of contact. Was previously advised by someone else that I overpronate. Bought trainers for this very reason and noticed that the pain got worse. During my appointment Mr Sohal was very professional and the clinic was extremely clean. The whole session took around 1.5 hrs and I never felt rushed at all. Was advised on different exercises and stretches and provided with some heel insoles. He also diagnosed that I don’t overpronate. Enjoy my walks and Golf now knowing what I need to do. A late review but a brilliant 1 regardless! Parmjit made my experience very welcoming and kept me well informed and comfortable throughout. He took his time throughout the whole VP needling process, from consultation to 1st session to the follow up review. I did have a lot of questions and Parmjit was very involved and you can tell he really loves helping others. The experience was something I've never undertaken before and I did have my initial fears and thoughts, but Parmjit made sure everything was thoroughly answered and he took his time explaining everything and was very truthful on success rates. I then made the decision to take VP needling and I can say that I'm 100% happy with the results. My personal situation is different to the usual so I was so happy that 90% of it has gone. I am now left with only a very very small amount which I am treating with over the counter medicine and it is in a treatable position. It has been working really well but VP needling made it go from a 10p size coin to a small dot. And Parmjit made the experience flow much better than expected! Highly recommended!

First time vising Parmjit today. I had read all the positive reviews which was why I chose to visit this particular clinic. I always do my research beforehand and I am pleased that I did. I called in the first instance to explain my situation and as I was in pain he managed to slot me in the very next day. He is a lovely knowledgeable guy who put me at ease, as I am a bit of a drama queen when it comes to these things and was expecting the worst with my toe nail!! I had ignored my toe nail for over a decade and thought the issue would go away. Although, on arriving Parmjit put me at ease, explained everything and asked me what I wanted from the visit regarding my toe nail. I came out feeling much better, toenail dealt with and happier! I found Mr Sohal on line and was desperate to see someone regarding a very painful foot issue. After reviewing the google reviews I made an appointment for the same day which was music to my ears. He made me feel at ease, confident in his knowledge and offered me guidance and advice which is already paying off. I asked if I needed to book another appointment for the following week however he advised until the advice he had given started to show results we should wait. This demonstrated integrity and honesty which will make me a loyal customer forever. I also received a follow up call from him 2 days later to check how I was. I was experiencing a lot of pain, Parmjit was great managed to squeeze me in when I explained my situation, I'd travelled from London on the off chance, he had to do a lot of work on my feet, he was very thorough, the end result is they now look and feel so much better, can now walk down the stairs without any pain, excellent service, will be back for follow up treatments.
