Got really good advice from knowledgeable staff. Really know the products they have on sale. Went there for information on puppy food and was given a complete list of foods broken down into nutritional value and price of each feed per day. My thanks to the team.

Fab staff, were great with recommending fish that would love happily together and what we'd need. All the fish are happy, healthy and doing well... The guppies are incredibly colourful, constantly moving and make for a lively aquarium. We brought a Molly fish that the assistant mentioned might be pregnant, she popped out a few babies a week ago and they are doing well. It was a good thing we had a big tank :) All in all a lovely experience and we are enjoying the new additions!

What a gem of a store, the staff here are really helpful and friendly. You can see their love of animals. In teaching my son how to raise young kittens, having this store so close to us had benefitted him greatly and increased his confidence and responsibility for them. The site also had a pet display at certain times where they remove some rare animals from their enclosures and speak to the public about them and sometimes even allow feeding. Hats off to the staff for bringing in new ideas to set them apart from other bland stores.

I came into the store to buy my dog, some dog food. However, my grandson R’mario wanted to go and look at the fish, so he went off to look at the fish, whereupon he met one of the staff called Jayne And what a lovely lady she was. She asked my grandson if he would like to help her feed the fish which he jumped to the chance of doing. She gave him lots of knowledge that she knew about concerning the fish. whilst he was feeding them, she is such a lovely and patient employee of yours and worth awaiting gold. Very knowledgeable staff not like some pet shop like they know what they are talking about.They have really good quality fish especially guppies and Betta fish good price ,great quality and recommended oy some pet shops are like this pet shop

Hate to say it but the presentation is better than the Stetchford branch. Pets at home have got it nailed down, they have a good selection to choose from but they aren’t the cheapest.?if you can manage to get to Kings Heath, and visit the pet shop there,(43 York rd) you won’t be disappointed.? In general Pets at Home are an 8 out 10.

Only nipped in to collect my online order of dog food! They don't have the specific one I have in stock, so I have to order it into store! Pleasant and helpful staff.

The staff are really great here, never a bad experience and always offered assistance with my shopping.

If I could give 10 stars I would ✨️ this store is absolutely brilliant but even better than the products the staff are amazing, always very happy and ready to help, they offer you help all the time if you get lost looking for anything, they know alot about animals so any questions are answered 😊 the guy had a notebook with all nutritional information on all the foods they sell and look on your app for discounts, they really go above and beyond at this store and after visiting a fair few this sheldon branch outshine them all.

Always a pleasure to visit this place, we have gone there for treats for our two beagles and the staff is fantastic and helpful. This time we went to get items for our new pet, a rabbit and the staff, (young Lad , R.) were incredibly helpful, kind and went out of their way to meet our needs. I definitely recommend it.

I went to the shop today to get a pair of goldfish but one of the staff (I should have checked her name) was so rude and she didn’t want to give me the fish even though I had the proper specs of my aquarium.i don’t understand, any person can say they have a big tank but in reality they might have smaller ones , i jus had a horrible experience today . But one star is for the amazing range of pet products they have. I believe she didn’t like my face., so was hesitant to sell her dear fishes to me ;) (jus kidding )

Very pleased with this place as the staff are very helpful and friendly, I brought the wrong food for my puppy and went back today and Jane and another lady were so helpful plus they changed the food without question knowing I'm on a low income which saved me! Plus my little fur baby "Indigo" just loves going here and getting treats and fuss from all the staff 🐕♥️ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👌💯

We’re do I start I came in on Saturday 12th June has I needed to get a few things for my breaded dragon . I made a few trips has I didn’t get the rights things and the staff were so lovely and helpful . The Manager who was on shift that day went way beyond for me . I can’t thank her enough . You truly are incredible person and pets at home are so lucky to have you . I will definitely be coming again . . You really did make my day and you put a massive smile on my face . Despite there not being much of a presence of staff in store a staff member remaind at the till even though there were no customers to serve for a while. I like this as when I was ready I was served straight away and if I'd needed help I knew exactly where someone was to give it. It annoys me waiting to pay whilst no staff are in sight, not here though. Also the lady who served me was very pleasant and tried to see if I had any discounts for my items via my vip membership. Which was a nice touch.

Great deals when you are a VIP member. Always some freebies for my little cats. Only downside is that it is placed on busy A road so you are forced to go left on way out and turn around later. Great helpful staff

It's OK. It's not the most stocked of places if I'm honest and the one at Sears Park in Shirley is still much better, but if you want to do all of your shopping in one go then it's close to a lot of the other shops and supermarkets nearby.

gordon is a lovely, friendly man who showed great attention to our dog and was very funny. love the place and the staff including kat were so loving and friendly to us all !!

In principle, I only spend my money where staff are helpful. As there is a wide choice of other pet shops.. I chose to not proceed with my purchases here today.

Hi guys just quick review to say what a lovely assistant we met today in this shop her name was Jane very bubbly chatty lady felt like we known her years thank you for making our shopping trip to buy a cats kennel so pleasurable 😊
