Great 24hr session, caught loads of carp up to about 15lb and my friends managed to land a 32lb catfish. The lake and surrounding areas are clean and tidy, the owner is friendly.

Had a great weekend here, nice and tidy place and most of all the fish are very looked after, The owner and his son are very nice people and always willing to help and give great advice.

Great fishery, parking behind some pegs, stunning fish. Fantastic 48hrs, will definitely be back!

Absolutely superb Fishery, its been taken over and kept in the family with extensive work being carried out daily. more stocking is going on and the cafe serves delicious hot and cold food with lovely staff.This fishery is going from strength to strength and is destined to become of of the best premier waters to fish... if not the best. Fantastic fishery. Owners are lovely polite and well mannered. Caught my 1st 50IB cat fish here. And i have kept coming back ever since. Clean and tidy place and wildlife and scenery is amazing 👌👌👌🎣🎣🎣

Lovely pool to fish, and grounds are pretty too. Cafe is also fab for breakfast. Toilets were clean. Has undergone major works in the last year or so. Would definitely recommend a visit. 🐠🐟 🎏 🎣

Beautiful place to spend a days fishing. The breakfast in the Cafe was just the job and great food. I gave 4/5 as the Pegs are left Man Made and on Heron pool along the road side of the pool. All day traffic and screaming Motor bikes spoiled our day. However the traffic can't be helped by the fishery. Just the pegs then..

Very nive place, grounds maintained well, good fishing, nice variation, has clean toilet facilities, could benefit from a shop or cafe

It's a specimen lake with big cat fish so need to use proper fishing tackle min 20lb line 50inch landing net unhooking mat.

Amazing place! toilet facilities 5* cafe 5* with outside patio area with lake view. The ground holds 5 beautiful lakes, which are well stocked and well managed, could not ask for any more from this place, outstanding! Such a warm welcome on arrival by Neil, Jayne, Jack the Bailiff and Charlotte, would not hesitate to go back, Thankyou, had a lovely 4 days fishing, Craig & Paul 👍🎣

Well kept with nice views, good facilities too except an outside tap for drinking water(?) We had 11 fish between 2 of us on a 24 hour session. Average size however, was about 6lb and biggest was only 11lb If you want a runs water or to catch big ones this isn’t the water for you but if you like a bit of a social it could be ideal 👍🏼

Excellent experience, been revamped, looking good, new café well worth a visit, Excellent quality brekky, all fresh local products, good toilets nice,clean, well done all, some lovely looking fish

The landscaping and overhaul that is underway will make this one of the best places to fish. The fishing has always been great and stocks have been improved

What a beautiful place for fishing or popping in for a cuppa and something to eat staff very friendly and supportive towards my 2 lads with disabilities Highly recommend 10/10

I stopped here for a rest stop on a long journey, the staff were so friendly, drinks cheap & such a stunning view. So much nicer than a service station!

Highly recommend. Lovely setting whilst having a high standard breakfast. Staff are really friendly expecially with our grumpy dog.

Awesome day, £8 day ticket and had mixed bag to many roach,perch,rudd and bream to count, common carp, mirror carp and a ghosty 4 of them mid doubles, 1 great condition 20+ common and f1 carp galore, was glad to get home as exhausted lol

Great venue a variety of lakes to cater for most type of anglers, Big match weights, some hefty size carp and catfish that run 60lb+ Highly recommend checking it out

Great place! just need to be fully prepared as there’s no cafe/shops local..Went there for catfish, but had no joy. Maybe next time🙏🏻
