    I had a car accident on the 15/05/19 when another driver drove straight into the back of me on the motorway. She accepted full responsibility so it was send to Gemini Dudley to be repaired. Car picked up fine and took them 3 weeks to repair it and redeliver it back to me. They told me that my insurance had written it off as it was too much to repair. This meant that I started looking for another car. Nearly signed a new finance deal with a garage, and just decided to check how much my insurance would pay out. My insurance had no idea what I was talking about and told me that it was in the process of being repaired. If I hadn't checked I would have ended up with a £15,000 finance car I needed to pay. The second I got in to drive it, my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Check engine light, service lights the lot came on. Rang the garage and was told that someone would bring a diagnostic computer out tomorrow morning and plug it in. Went to the shops, opened my boot to put my shopping in, and the whole boot floor fell down into my spare wheel compartment. They hadn't even attached my car boot floor back to my car and literally just placed it on! I'm thankful it was just a bag of shopping and not a my 2 dogs that usually sit in there. Decided to check over the rest of the car. FILTHY interior, shoe prints on my back seats. Car is covered in scratches (I had 2 scratches on my car when it went into to be repaired, it came back with over 20!). A/C button broken, upholstery peeled off my gear stick, rear bumper wasn't even attached to my car! They then told me that they never even touched my boot? The impact was on the rear of my car and therefore the boot. The whole boot door was replaced, yet apparently they didn't even touch it? So it magically fixed itself apparently. I get my car back the next day and the bumper has been put back on. The boot floor has been reattached etc. I thought everything was good. Then 2 days later I opened the passenger door for the first time and notice all various car parts in the passenger door! These were definitely not there when it went in. So again, I contact the garage to explain and demand an explanation. I speak to Leon, to which he replies. "We haven't done any work on that car. It went from your house to Renault and we haven't touched it". Yet the day before, he admitted that THEY had fixed the imperfections. I have date stamps, and also video recording and CCTV of it leaving my possession broken and coming back fixed. But apparently they didn't do any work to it. So again, my car has magically fixed itself. I ask where all the grommets and car parts in my door have come from to which Leon laughs and replies "So you've had a lot for work done for free and you're complaining?" Are you joking? You had no reason to be rifling about and taking my draining system at the front of my car apart. And yes I am complaining about "free work". Especially when you cant even be bothered to put it together correctly. I suppose I could pull all the wallpaper off your house and I could repaint only half? Don't you dare moan! After all, you've had half a job done for free. Shame the other half is a complete mess eh? You should be grateful for free work. I have now started the report to trading standards, financial ombudsman and motoring ombudsman. I have timestamped photos, reports from the garage signed by their mechanics. All emails, phone calls, CCTV and video recordings as evidence. I have been given money from my insurance to go elsewhere. That in itself speaks for itself. Insurance companies don't cough up cash easily without evidence of complete incompetence on the garage's behalf. AVOID these monkeys like the plague. I would have been better off having my car written off then the absolute farce this garage has caused the last 2 months (and still ongoing). Update: The car had to be sent to another garage as they had stuck my rear bumper on with DOUBLE SIDED STICKY TAPE and a SINGLE SCREW!! My insurance have had to raise a claim with the garage to get the money back. Absolute shambles!

    Although the part could not be found, they exceeded expectations on the effort to try and secure it. Also, updates and telephone answering were first rate. 10/10

    Considerate and attentive service at all stages of my car accident repair. The car was returned in very clean condition with a bodywork repair where you can't see the 'join'.

    This is the first time visiting Gemini Accident & Repair Centre, the lady on Reception (Marita) was exceptionally friendly and very helpful on the telephone organising my car repairs. When I came to collect my vehicle once it had been repaired the level of customer service was exceptional to say the least. Everyone in the reception area was very friendly and helpful and everything was explained throughly. I would definitely recommend anyone I know to use this company as the service I’ve received has been second to none. Thank you all again for looking after me so nicely.

    I can’t believe how quick our car was sorted after being involved in an accident. A courtesy car was delivered when our car was collected on Monday and 48 hours later, on Wednesday, we received a call to say it was all repaired. Gemini were going to deliver it back to us the next day but we opted to collect it ourselves on Wednesday instead and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them.

    From the moment I was put in contact with these guys, they were wonderful. They picked my car up and kept me informed of everything that was going on. It was finished quicker than expected and dropped my car back to my home. Every member of staff I dealt with was professional, friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend this business.

    Car was returned to me in terrible condition: Severe vibration above 50mph. Sat nav no longer worked Error messages on the dash (that cleared after a restart) Tyres not inflated to correct pressure Parts of car left unwired resulting in engine cutting power at 5k. Parts of wiring missing resulting in loss of function and the wiring that wasn’t connected was tucked into the trim so they knew. Two persistent errors in VCDS showing petrol cap motor fault and exhaust flap fault… probably relating to wiring being missing. If they’d checked for engine faults they’d have seen these. Reply from this company is to come back and let them look at it. They had the car for five months … if they haven’t done the basics ie look for faults in the ECU, road test the car to 70mph why would you go back. Don’t use these guys, if your insurance states you should and there’s any sort of engine concern I’d specify a main dealer engine check. Which they said they’d do… obviously haven’t.

    This company repaired my car after an accident. I had to return it because the steering did not feel right. They took it in immediately and repaired the minor issue with ease. The guy was such a nice man, I had the pleasure of hearing his awesome singing skills. Filmed it and posted it on my Instagram. Sending a huge thank you, my car is all better now.

    From start to finish brilliant service. Was originally scheduled for 25th October but got pushed back a month. Didn't mind the wait as these guys came highly recommended. Excellent communication as I was kept upto date throughout the repair and initial claim. Friendly service and overall brilliant job done.

    Disgusting attitude from reception staff (Emma F) rude, does not listen to the customer, talks over and lacks customer service skill. I’d love to see her speak to me that way face to face. Message for Martin- reconsider a change of reception staff as that rude individual named above will lose you customers with her stinking attitude. Drivers deliver your car with no protective gear worn. They state they don’t hand out paperwork because of covid yet don’t even disinfect your vehicle or use seat covers etc. Expect a formal complaint. Would NOT recommend. If you use individuals like the above then don’t expect a great review or outcome.

    I was in a car accident last month and my car was sent to this garage through my insurance. One of my car doors had been completely bashed in and I had a couple of small dents on the door next to it. When I read the reviews for this place I was slightly worried about what was going to happen to my car however I have no complaints to make and I am writing this review to hopefully balance out the negative ones on here. I was contacted as soon as my car was transferred to the garage they gave me a rough estimate for when I would get it back. I was able to organise a courtesy car for the day I needed it. Communication was excellent they called/texted me whenever they had update and whenever I called they were really helpful with my queries. Unfortunately there was a delay starting work on my car as my crash occurred just before Christmas and New Year’s. My car was assessed last Tuesday when the garage opened, and they called me as soon as the assessment had taken place to update me and ask if there’s anything that I was concerned about. Two days later I had received a text saying that the car parts had already arrived and they were due to start work soon. It has now been a week since that text and I have my car back. It looks as good as new, The door open smoothly and closes properly and I’m very impressed with the work. I haven’t driven it and will update this review if I notice any faults. But it was only cosmetic work that needed to be done so I don’t expect any further problems. My courtesy car was also great it was nice and modern, a similar size to my actual car and delivered swiftly on the day I needed it. So all in all I am very impressed at how quickly my car was dealt with, the excellent communication and updates, the quality of the finished work, the ease of delivering the courtesy car and the swift delivery of my actual car once the work was done. Thank you Gemini. I hope I don’t get into a crash again but if I did and my car ended up in your garage I would have full confidence in you.

    WOW WOW WOW. What can I say. Had an accident on the Monday, insurance company sorted out Gemini as the repairers. Gemini picked my car up on Tuesday morning after I collected my courtesy car then within a week they returned my car to my work place and then took the courtesy car back to Enterprise. The work they did on my car was amazing and couldn’t find a fault with. Would definitely use these guys again with no hesitation. 👍👍👍 Big shout out to Harry Shaw who looked after me through the whole process.

    Cant fault this garage. Insurance company provider of choice, but I would certainly use again. Took my personal circumstances into account and provided a reasonable turnaround of my repairs within the timescale they said it would be, which allowed me to plan for being without my car for the duration. Repairs were superb. Excellent customer service. Thank you to everyone!

    Tried to say paint turns a different colour plastic to metal....er yeah but what about the run in the paint and wing to door. Metal metal. Fixed it in the end but just take more care in your QC
