AVOID at all costs. Uncle had his car sent here via insurance recommendation, for a full inspection for a stolen car claim. Ended up losing a pair of £200+ Ray Bans and the automatic tyre pump in the boot. Called up and they said you’ve got no proof, and refused to outright deal with it with the cheek to say personal belongings shouldn’t have been left in the car... questions if you can even trust them with your car in the first place!

Car went in for repair, complained about the smell of smoke, did not smoke if their courtesy vehicle and even got it valeted the day it went back. Due to my personal car smelling they took advantage and charged £75 for a valet when the cars spotless and smells fresh. Not happy at all about this service.

I found that the customer service and workmanship were faultless. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The work done was fully explained (new wing, new bonnet, new reinforcement bar, various plastic panels and trim, and painting of the same as an insurance funded job on a 2015 Audi A6). Some of the previous reviews appear to be totally inconsistent with my experience. Well done and thank you Gemini Brierley Hill.

The repair on my wife’s car is first class. The vehicle was picked up and repaired to a very high standard then it was delivered back to us exactly when they said it would be. The vehicle was returned in spotless condition inside and out. Gemini’s staff were very helpful friendly and polite during the whole process of the repair. Dirty robbing scrubbers they rob you take things out your car pinch parts and use in other cars don't trust these scrubbers!!!!!!!

Have left my car on the side of the road for 4 days after the Cat was stolen and they were allocated the repair by the insurer and won't tell me when they will pick it up. They claim they are very busy yet are shut early on Saturday morning and won't answer the phone. Disgusting lack of professionalism and lack of caring.

Do you not trust your car with this company they are incompetent haven’t got a clue how to spray a car properly my car has gone back seven times and still not right and also came back with damage that wasn’t there before

Try and drop the car of yourselves, ragged my car around and over revved her. Not worth the hassle, wouldn't even look at my car as its modified yet everything is declared and I even went through my insurance. Waste of time and miles on my car.

Attention attention everyone!!! My car been stolen but recovered I still have everything in the car but damage, my insurance used this Gemini arc and co part they hold my car for over 1 months end of it. I got my car back repaired but my sunglasses an air Freshener missing I told them, they said they don’t remove nothing from the car. Wow my things have wings it Fly out of my car and also 1 week ago I have a puncher I open the Car boot to get the Kit no where to be seen. This 2 company is a thief day light rubbery I highly recommended NOT TO USE THEM 2 company ..........
