Drove 2 hours to ensure we were there before 7 as our team of 4 anglers were not allowed to book pegs. We arrived 20 minutes early to find multiple people with bivvys already set up (even though it says no night fishing and the venue opens at 7) completely disappointed. The place could do with some maintenance too, 100% will not be back. Also this place has a tendency to not answer the phone… utterly disappointed!

Had a really good day I fished the original friezeland pool, I had 37 fish but nothing over 7 pound. Next time I will try one of the other ponds on site as the have the bigger weights.

Fantastic day fishing. Pools are well stocked with good quality fish. Toilet facilities too which you don't get at many other places! They'll even get you a hot batch if you want one. Definitely going back

Excellent place for carp and I can honestly say I've never seen so many of them in a lake..! Just £10.00 for the day too.!

After the 7 week break its looking a lot better the toilets have had a revamp and the lakes have been tidied up , with more fish added to the match pool and the upper pool a great place for any level of Fisher man and woman

Clean and tidy and well run, natural pegs which was nice. Food delivered to peg. Good fishing lots of options for beginners through to bivvy divvys.

It is a nice place to spend time with family, anyone can catch a fish there even if you have never been doing it before 😁

Loved it I was match fishing it was an awesome day plenty of carp to be caught and it was good for all types of fishing

Bailiff is brilliant and polite but whenever trying to book anything through the phone when you get through to the office they seem very arrogant and don’t want to help you out. Turned up once after calling about a night fish they said I couldn’t so we didn’t bring the night kit. We got there and the bailiff said of course you can night fish a problem, just seems whenever you try to book something with your them they can’t be bothered to sort you out. Tried calling multiple times today and left voicemails can’t be bothered to call back.

Great days fishing, over 50 carp on pole and feeder fishing ranging from 3lb to 9lb

Loved it. We had a match on 'upper'. The bailiff/manager was very accommodating and asked if we wanted hot food when we started and delivered to the peg. I'd like to say a big thank you to all there from Blankers A.C.

Loved fishing here tonight. Only fished for 3 and a half hours and I had 13 good sized carp. Very friendly staff and other fishers very friendly!

Beautiful place to fish with lovely views and friendly staff to. if I had one criticism it’s the hot food you buy it’s a bit expensive for the size of portion you get, I paid (£3.70) for a tiny Sausage & egg bap, I’ve heard a few anglers say the same, shame really because I won’t but one again I’ll bring my own.. please increase your portion size and you’ll sell a lot more.. but the fishing is amazing.. we’ll recommend

First lake is fantastic for a few single figure fish and to get a nice bend in the rod! They were up for the maggot feeder with several bursts of activity. The fish are in great condition and well fed!

We love bringing the kids here to fish. Colin the bailiff is super friendly, the big main lake is chock full of fish so guaranteed to catch something and you can park right next to your peg

Great little fishery have tried pams and the match lake had about 10-15 fish in both lakes when I have been. Deffo give it a go if you want a quick bend in the rod but you won’t be chucking far as the lake are fairly small
