Sadly the care of animals in this shop is barely adequate. Dead fish in tanks and disgusting cages that poor hamsters are forced to live in. You sell unsuitable small animal cages which to the general public seem fine but you should that its just not enough space for any animal to have to live in. You also sell rawhide which is a known killer of dogs up and down the country

I ordered a cage for my Degu's and received no confirmation. 2 days later I called to be told it wasn't in stock, I requested a refund. Another 2 days later called again, the man offered me another, smaller cage instead, again requested refund, that didn't come. 5 days later I had to open case with Paypal, the man sent a rude email an hour later, but still didn't return my money. It took a total of 16 days before Paypal stepped in and refunded me. AVOID!

Terrible experience! Had to go ask for help in an empty store, employee spoke to me for 10 seconds then left and had to go ask for help again, extortionate prices, dead fish in aquarium, cloudy water, poor maintenance, bad attitude and no professionalism, no upselling or customer service, I have bought fish from this store that have shortly died, and I can assure you it has nothing to do with water quality, mine is tested daily, I have a multiple planted aquariums that give my fish the best quality of life I can provide outside of there natural habitat and is not cloudy nor does it have any dead fish laying about for days. Proof is in the pudding… fish have ich, fin rot, and sunken bellies either from internal parasites or underfed and dead fish in almost every tank… you talk about duty of care when it comes to your animals but it’s clearly not implemented in the store, staff are clearly not trained or have no knowledge. Can’t even bother to take dead fish out…i will be back and will post photos ,I hope that you will look into the issue and take appropriate actions…

Poor sales advice and even worse post-sales experience - no apology, refund or even a credit note. The advice I was given in store at point of purchase contradicted the manufacturer's instructions online. The manufacturer provide refunds (no COVID caveats) however the store would not refund me - despite another member of staff saying I would be refunded if I returned the item. Prefer to support local family businesses, but this was a poor experience. I had been in the store recently, previous to returning the item, and was told a refund would be provided if I returned the item + proof of payment. This was not honoured by the person on duty. Of course I had used the item to establish it did not work! - and should have been refunded in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act (2015) (2019).

Whilst there is 1 lovely lady working here, so much needs improvement. Always seeing deceased or dying fish. lack of knowledge on animals they sell. Lost 2 birds, same breeder and same batch of birds, under same circumstances. Made them aware even a vet had agreed there were concerns over the stock. Got told I would receive a call back from the 'manager'. A month or so on, as yet to receive any phone call back, he also showed to have no understanding on their birds apart from 'oh they come from the same breeder'. Doesn't even know how to age birds, selling them as under a certain age when they are well over that. Sadly learnt a very heartbreaking lesson that this is not a pet shop to go to :( Update: Nice unprofessional response as well been given back from IN2PETS but no surprise as I'm sure it's the same manager. In regards to their last statement very sad they are referring that the vets involved are liars. IN2PETS couldn't even gender the birds or age them... All about the money its clear to see. Update 2: Just spoke to someone today about you guys and you misold someone hamsters as well! Left the poor person with a ton of babies to deal with. I'm still waiting for more unprofessional responses! Absolutely disgusting and all you guys did was offer the person a 5£ discount off another cage!

Very friendly and helpful staff, sold us two sweet little mice and recommended a new treat for our dog - which she is enjoying very much 🤍🎉

Great little find. Best in the area! I found this little gem when searching around Witney as I used to live in burford. Great products - good prices and friendly staff. They animals from hamsters to birds - staff very informative. I now travel from oxford to go here- own brand cat food is fantastic.

Just moved into the area and found this pet shop. Wonderful customer service. Nothing too much trouble and great knowledge on food for my fussy dog

Fantastic Advice and Service We went to In2pets for so advice on feeding our fussy dachshund. The staff recommended their own Wychwood brand of dog food. Fantastic....he loves the food and after 4 weeks of feeding his coat looks great. Thanks again.

Our fish from Yarnton is a year old big and healthy, got another from here to keep him company because it’s local, died, got another, died, got another, died. We chose one more from here on Saturday…it’s Tuesday…it’s dead. Yarnton fish still going strong. What’s wrong with your fish?! Edit; it’s been a week since your fish died…now our good fish is dead too, so your fish infected our fish with something. Worst pet shop ever … EVER
