Ordered a Birthday cake on the 10th of September for my daughters birthday for same day collection. They made it absolutely perfectly only for my slippery fingers to end up dropping the cake!!! Absolutely lovely team that they are agreed to fix our cake for us free of charge bless them even though I had offered to pay. The cake tasted amazing as always and my daughter loved the picture cake we had chosen for her and the overall design. We only ever go to cake box for our cakes as they simply are the most fluffiest and flavoursome cakes out there. Thanks again Cake box Acocks Green branch!!!

The lady in here is SO lovely! On the website it said I didn’t have enough space to have what I wanted so I settled for “HBD POP POP” but she asked me when I came to collect if she wanted me to put happy birthday. I couldn’t be more grateful! Haven’t eaten it yet but I got the same last year and it tasted AMAZING! It’ll be a yearly tradition but honestly the woman made it even better!

The cakes here are delicious! I order here for every birthday and you can taste the quality. Whenever I walk into the shop I want to try all the flavours!

Beautiful presentation I would not normally go for an Eggless cake but after tasting one I would never go back to anything else taste divine staff very helpful and polite Atia

I have a shop nearby on accocks green ..just called today to order a cake but they said can't take a order on the phone I was trying to given them a business to order my cakes always from here but same problem call in ladypool road & soho road even one stop shopping centre never had any issues always order from there but I though to leave a review for the owners to know not every customers are same but always disappointed customers are same
