I gave it 5 cause the new owner is really nice but strict. He likes for the rooms to stay clean and decluttered which is reasonable. The office lady is very sweet and genuine. There is always someone sweeping the lot every morning. The prices are also great. The residents here are okay... I just recommend staying to yourself as much as possible.

Police maintain law and order there that is very good. Looks like people help one-another which is always good. Management are very unhelpful when trying to do a welfare check on sick people or accompanying you as a relative to make sure they are ok!; their policy they can't bother or let you know whether the person is still there or not.

The cheapest place in town. 5 months ago I gave it a 4 star. I have changed my mind since then my time here I had bad experience. I seen more drug addicts, mid night arguments, constant yelling, annoying neighbors, you ain't gonna get no " Goodnight sleep" here not with all the loud noise your neighbors are making. People here don't go to work. So expect them being up all night knocking on doors. Somewhat good/bad management, takes weeks to get maintenance. Roach infested don't matter which room you get. Be sure to bring your own poison. Place needs a major renovation that won't happen. People leave trash outside. This is bottom of Cartersville's barrel ain't no Holiday Inn.

I found it to be a more for monetarily challenged folks which is a necessity nowadays it's not a welcoming place but it's better than nothing place thank goodness it exists. My freinds were there for a time and they said it's ok if you dint have kids they dont.

The new Ownership along with the Marvelous Ms. Marissa, our awesome Maintenance Man and the Lil Ladies who clean up have done amazing!! They have worked and continue to work hard to keep this a family safe, affordable, and friendly place to stay for an extended about of time. Back in August, this place was awful and scary after dark- but not now. I can hardly wait to see what y'all do with the place. Great job

Very nice and friendly staff. Very understanding owner. Nice comfortable place to stay. Clean room. No pest. I came from TX to work and would stay here again. I really appreciate 🙏 how everyone is nice and have the heart to make you feel just like home.

It's still parkway north to the people who have lived in cartersville for ever and a day.But i felt safer now than i did before.it's now under new management and they have installed a new security system so dozens of new cameras . Well u go grassdale suites.

We stayed here for a month and we're only late to pay one time the rooms are really small and our t.v stopped working called and tried to set up repairs but both work all the time so just set aside and brpught our own from storage upon leaving my fiance cleaned entire room as stated to receive a 45 dollar cleaning fee back which we did not receive nor did we get the money back from our deposit which in total would equal around 90 dollars worst experience ever management was decent until our decision to move elsewhere also a few small roaches but not bad on the big side

Well let's see first of all I'd like to mention the staff the staff is very helpful and very nice. And then it's very convenient to some fine restaurants. Also a day spa where you can get your haircut have a drink and get your nails done even a pedicure there's also several churches near as well as service stations. Even a couple of loan Institutions , I would like to point out the security here is very good they have cameras everywhere and the police always have a presence here. Also the rooms are did I mention the staff is real nice. I wish I had more time to write but I have to go.

This place is horrible. But i guess u get what you pay for. They over charge for this place even at low rate. Roaches are everywhere. The get into your food, into the beds they even come out in the day. Smh ive never seen anything like it in my life. Then on top of all that the police officers in the area harass people that are of color. Its extremely sad here. If youre homeless with limited funds I guess u could stay here anything beats being cold. But its sad that people pay the limited funds and be treated less than natural.
