Friendly feedback: I like gear this place sells, but to hear that an employee only worked one shift and told that you don't have hours for that person two weeks later is not fair at all. It also doesn't make any sense. Maybe there's more to the story and if there is, always hear both sides or talk to person about what you heard. Please note that the person I'm talking about has nothing to do with my feedback and it also cannot be used against him.

Great book store and I like the UMass that I bought, but my message to management is when people apply to work for you don't lose applications because it's gives the department a bad look and it's not fair to make applicants to reapply. Just a thought.

I like the quality of all the UMass gear, but it's shady that an employee was hired for two weeks and only had one shift. There are some applicants that don't put everything on their resumes and they don't have to especially if it's not a high profile job. Now if you heard some stuff about that employee, talk to that person and always get both sides of every of story.

I like the UMass gear the store sells, but my cousin told me that a guy in front of the line showed his UMass employee ID to a cashier to get a discount on an item he was buying. Then the cashier asked what department he works in and the guy refused to answer. If the guy doesn't want to say what department he works in, then that's his right and it must be respected. Especially if he's being asked in front other costumers behind him. Props to the guy for remaining calm. I don't know the guy and neither does my cousin.

Unbelievably expensive for merchandise not made in US.

Once you convince yourself of dropping $60-90 on a polo shirt. Good luck finding your size unless you are a Size xxs, xs, s. This was an issue even before the pandemic....

My daughter attends UMass and whenever we're on campus, we have to do a little shopping here. They have so many types of clothing with the UMass logo. Something for everyone in the family. In addition the Campus Center Store has just about everything you could want or need, from tablets to over the counter medication. Great place to get gifts and toys. Pretty good selection of books as well. It's very handy for UMass hotel guests in case they need anything. Forgot your toothbrush and deodorant? They have it. Of course you're going to pay more for it but the convenience can be worth it. Nice to know my college student has a place she can go to on campus to get most anything she needs....just in case she doesn't feel like going to Target on the bus.

Great variety of UMass branded items. You can find practically anything here. Prices are not the cheapest, but they're perfectly normal for a campus store.

Only hang-up (not their fault) is the current supply chain issues. Otherwise, a great store on an excellent campus.

The store has made an impressive transition from a purveyor of books to a 21st century college store focusing on merchandise and technology.

Friendly service. I was looking for a pair of shorts to wear immediately while on campus and bought a pair for less than $30, I am still wearing them

i enjoyed walking around the beautiful campus and ended at the campus store where I was met with hospitality. I picked up a couple of sweatshirts and will be back soon..well done!
