I had the worst experience in handling customers. I booked a suite to celebrate my wedding, envisioning a seamless and joyful experience for my guests. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what I had hoped for. The management couldn't even handle the basic task of hosting my guests properly. Their lack of trust in customers was evident throughout the ordeal. Despite clearly communicating that my guests were only coming to take pictures and would leave in just 20 minutes, they seemed skeptical and unaccommodating. It's disheartening when a venue fails to understand and respect the specific needs and arrangements of their patrons. Moreover, their apparent lack of knowledge about the cultural context was striking. A celebration like a wedding often involves cultural nuances that should be acknowledged and respected by the hosting establishment. It felt like they were oblivious to these considerations, leading to a disconnect between their services and the expectations of the event. Given this unfortunate experience, my advice to anyone dealing with such establishments is to have everything in writing. Verbal assurances and promises proved to be unreliable. In our case, the absence of a proper system to track the number of guests inside the venue added an extra layer of frustration. They were unable to manage even this fundamental aspect efficiently. In summary, my wedding celebration was marred by the incompetence of the venue in handling guests, their lack of trust, cultural unawareness, and an overall disregard for the specifics of the event. It serves as a stark reminder to future event planners to be cautious, document everything, and set clear expectations when dealing with such establishments.

The hotel located in one of the most famous interesting mall, all shopping stores are a step closer to the hotel. The rooms of the hotel are wide enough to stay comfortable, and all facilities are provided for guests. The breakfast is served all type of global cuisine, including Arabic and continental breakfast. There is wonderful sitting area in the lobby where you can choose your favorite coffee and dessert. My experience with the spa was the amazing, it’s worth all the time you spent. All the hotel staff are polite, friendly and helpful starting from the reception desk to the concierge, they treat you as a valued guest.

Hands down this is the best hotel in Kuwait City. I normally forget to write reviews but I would like to acknowledge the amazing experience and service at the Waldorf Astoria Kuwait. The check in experience was flawless and very quick. We got upgraded (very much appreciated and unexpected) to a suite. The room was beautiful, and the ultimate touch was finding baby care products for our baby. The courtesy of the staff, the attention to detail, the immaculate facilities made our stay in Kuwait unforgettable. The hotel is located in the best location you can ask for in Kuwait City. I would like to thank the team at the Waldorf Astoria Kuwait for their impeccable professionalism. We could have not asked for more. I would also like to mention how the Hilton brand has been a constant companion of our (frequent) travels. Hilton has been stepping up its game over the years. Well designed and beautifully decorated hotel and rooms. Friendly service and staff. Comfortable beds, high standard amenities, cleaning, and security. Helped with packaging, which was a plus point. It is very conveniently located, especially since it is 1 door away from Avenues Mall. Definitely staying here again.

I stayed at the *Waldorf Astoria Kuwait* for three nights (2-5 September 2023), and I was truly amazed by the level of service provided. The hotel is located in a vital location within a huge shopping mall and is characterized by a high degree of luxury in the lobby and, rooms and all other facilities. The reception staff is well-trained and has a high degree of professionalism and courtesy, especially the Front Desk employees. I believe that the good management of *Mr Ishan* is invaluable to achieve such level of hospitality. Room services were exceptional in terms of meeting requests or cleaning and arranging the rooms on a daily basis, and I would like to thank the employee *Acill* in particular. The hotel provides a valet parking service, and here I thank the staff *Kishore*, *Serkan*, and *Arianna* for their kind treatment. In conclusion, I must say that I am proud to have a membership in one of the hotels in the Hilton hotel chain. I'm pretty sure that Hilton hotels will be my first choice for my upcoming travels.

Oh my god..this hotel was jam the receptionist was soooo sweet her name was Sara. The staff were so respectful and decent. I like the fact that no body were pushy at all and the place...omg the place is so beautiful whoever designed it needs a raise for the interior. Overall the management is managing pretty smoothly and has everything under control. You can come here for vlogging, video shoots, photoshoots, have massages, so much fun. loved it

It was a holiday weekend and I wanted to treat the family to a special occasion, so I booked a room at the new Waldorf Astoria in Kuwait. It is attached to the Prestige section of the Avenue's Mall, so we knew there would be no shortage of fun things to do for both my wife and children. Amr Abdel Moety introduced us to the hotel and helped arrange our stay. He was extremely helpful. The property is amazing. The pool experience was fantastic. The spa was great. The food was out of this world! But the experience that stands out the most was the staff. We were met at the door by Fatima. She helped us get checked in. She took the time to talk to my children and wife and suggest some activities at the hotel. She made sure we were comfortable and checked in with us several times during our stay. We've never had a hotel staff make us feel so welcome. Thank you to the Amr, Fatima, and the Waldorf Astoria for a wonderful experience. For anyone visiting Kuwait, or living here and wanting a special weekend experience, I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here for 3 nights, overall we had a good experience but there is huge room for improvement. Room: everything looks nice but once you look at the details, some things can be improved. Some light bulbs were not working, a few leaks in the bathroom (even after reporting them they were not fixed), magnifying mirror did not come with power cord to use the light, and water pressure was not strong. The beds however were comfortable. Food: dinner at Ava was decent, and the service was good. Breakfast buffet was very disappointing and the food was not well made/presented. Peacock alley afternoon tea was also disappointing, the food was mediocre and the sweet pieces were much bigger than the savory pieces which made the overall meal too sweet. Spa: excellent massage therapists, but spa is not fully operational and the massage room did not have a bathroom or functional shower so we had to use the restrooms of the swimming pool. Service: good in some places, poor in some places and a little over the top in other places. Definitely not consistent throughout the entire hotel.

This is certainly one of the best hotels I've ever visited. In fact, only plus points and only small suggestions. The rooms are sufficiently big, new, well-equipped and of course clean. In the room you can find essentially all you need (except milk / cream for coffee - only powder creamer, this can be certainly improved). Very important are the good sound isolation, quiet AC, comfortable beds and pillows. Welcome fruits and sweets with personal message were very well-received. The personnel is exceptionally friendly (and this is not because they expect tips for this as in some countries!). The check in process could be a bit quicker (especially if you arrive at 2am) - this seems to be related to some bureaucracy. The location is directly at the Avenues Malls - one of the main attractions of the Kuwait City. The hotel is a bit far away from the "old city" - you will need a taxi of Careem (local Uber) that works well.

This is an absolutely astounding property. My family and I have stayed at several iconic Hilton properties across the world, including the Conrad Maldives, and we feel that the Waldorf Astoria Kuwait is the best Hilton property we have stayed at. We had two separate stays over Christmas and the New Year, and on both occasions our Diamond Status was very well recognized with an upgrade to an incredible suite. The staff at this property are kind, gracious, and extremely friendly. Everyone we interacted with from check in staff, concierge, valet, baggage help to restaurant staff and managers were all very welcoming. The Breakfast and food offerings at the Ava restaurant are extremely tasty with a very high standard. Service was personalized and spectacular. A special mention to the following folks who made both our stays very memorable: Ahmad (check in), Myo (Ava), Sonam (Ava), Ruben (Ava), Rafaat (Ava), Emanuel (concierge), Jacob (concierge), Arvie (lifeguard at the pool), and Sudhir (Ava) On our last day here, we had to leave before breakfast due to an early flight. We were given a lovely packed selection of pastries, fruit, and coffee at check out. It was a very thoughtful and lovely gesture, one that we will always remember. Overall, our stay here was very relaxing and we definitely would love to return soon!

We had a wonderful stay there this weekend. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Some things were new and there was a but of awkwardness which I’m not sure how to describe. Great location, of course.

A real and true seven stars hotel. I have visited and inspected the hotel with the General Manager Mr Kemal Sirtikirmizi, a real hotelier, who took me around the various facilities and explained with great flare all the aspect of the hotel rooms, restaurants and ballroom. Rooms are spacious, well appointed with relaxing colors. The entrance of the hotel feels like home with an abundance of artifacts, with relaxing colors. Staff are friendly and tried their breakfast and was impressed with the various bread items, jams, open kitchen, and numerous other items to mention. A great experience. Today the 1st of December marked the Opening ceremony of the hotel with Hilton executives joined Mohamed Alshaye cut the ribbon

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The service is excellent. Very well equipped gym, Lana the personal trainer is very knowledgeable. The hotel has an excellent spa. Wonderful pool area with friendly staff , Arvee the Lifeguard, is only one of the very helpful and friendly staff at the Health and Spa floor. Thanks to all the staff for making it such a comfortable stay at the Waldorf Astoria Kuwait hotel.

I had an amazing stay in Waldorf Astoria Kuwait. From the moment I entered the hotel, they made me feel really special. The receptionist gave me a tour of the hotel and shared with me some of the Hilton's story. Even tho I arrived at 3am, I really enjoyed it. I spent my birthday and New Year's Eve there and they made me feel like a princess. Roses, special birthday cake with a wish, were just a small part of the surprises they had for me. The room was great, it had everything I needed. The food was just fantastic, everything you could wish for, they had it. I really enjoyed the party on New Year's Eve. Great organisation, beautiful location and amazing music by the pool. It felt like I was in a fairytale. The best part of it, was the hospitality and the kindness of all the staff. I felt really welcome and special. Thanks for this great experience. I highly recommend the hotel and I am looking forward to visiting it again.

Best city hotel I have ever stayed in. This was my second stay already. Staff and rooms are superb. The hotel is in Avenues Mall, which in itself is a spectacular building with complete shopping and dining.

We booked two interconnecting family rooms, and while the rooms were somewhat nice, I requested an upgrade, which the hotel refused despite available vacancies. The cost was quite high, and the hotel amenities were expensive with no notable customer perks. There was no personal (butler) room service, as commonly found in hotels like the Waldorf Astoria. Additionally, there were no complimentary snacks during the afternoon. We had a social event, and I requested room decorations, which turned out to be excessively expensive for the quality provided. I hope for an improvement in their services, as I don't believe I'll revisit due to the high cost for limited services. Furthermore, the bottled water in the rooms was of poor quality, not up to a five-star standard! I suggest offering healthier in-room dining options instead of sweets and candies for children.

A review can not justify the amazing and royal feeling i had during my stay at the Waldorf Astoria. From arranging my airport pickup to my late check out, everything was so effortless. Stunning property! From the moment you step in, everything and in particular the Waldorf Astoria team make you feel special. The room was outstanding, every detail meticulously thought out, the breakfast was as perfect as it can get with so much variety and Roka, a Japanese restaurant, is part of the premises. I really did not want to leave. Probably the best hotel I stayed in a while! Bravo! Perfect!

Lovely hotel lovely experience lovely staff and lovely location! We enjoyed our holiday so much! The hotel is so clean and the rooms are so spacious and super clean. Loved the pool and the kids club. The location of the hotel in the mall made it super easy for us for shopping and walking around. A special thank you to Fatima from the front desk. I had an incredible stay at the Waldorf Astoria in Kuwait. The staff is exceptionally competent, diverse, and welcoming. From the moment you arrive, you feel truly taken care of. The in-room dining is excellent, and the direct access to the Avenues Mall is a fantastic bonus. The rooms are spacious and elegantly designed. Highly recommended!
