Location is great. Nice building and good furniture. During my stay ( 26/6-3/7/2022) we had AC cut for many hours and the elevator did not work and we had to take stairs for more than 20 floors. Corridors were very hot. No AC. The worst part is the cleaning staff. They don’t clean up the apartment even with putting the sign for room cleaning on. We have to keep on asking the reception, the manager to get help. Not only once, but for many times. The one with the name Deeb from the cleaning team, has nothing to do with customer care and respect. But the lady at the reception with the name Loudiveh , is great and very helpful. Also, the manager in charge Sofiane, was willing to help. But, my recommendation to the hotel owners and management to replace the cleaning team to avoid losing customers. As again, they have nothing to do with customer care.

One of the best hotels I stayed in Kuwait, the location perfect next to the marina, many malls, restaurants and cafes. It was easy to find and the good thing about the hotels was free parking. The check-in took only two minutes of coping the ID or the guests and handover the key card for the room. The room was clean, big with amazing view at the marina.

Great apartments , it is not a full serviced hotel! Rooms are specious and have a nice Kitchenette. The view is spectacular! Apartment had no hot water and we struggled to have it fixed, was not happy about their response.

Beautiful view of the marina and the city. The flat is spacious and clean, equipped with all your basic necessities. The staffs are very helpful and polite. Costa coffee next to lobby. Walking distance to many point of attractions: Marina mall, Marina Crescent, beach walk, The Sultan Center, restaurants, Salem Al Mubarak St.

This place is absolutely everything I needed in an apartment and so much more. The staff is amazing and very professional in every manner..... So excited to call this my home in the Middle East. Thanks to the Levels entire team...

A newly opened apartment hotel with large rooms. It is clean and comfortable. My only comment would be adding more shower gel and shampoo as we kept requesting that multiple times and every time we get one or two (never enough)

Great choice for family, very clean and amazing views. Staff are great and kinds. The only thing is missing is the breakfast while there are many proposals in same building like Costa cafe and others. Space is very big and full see view from all rooms. Kitchen equipped with all you needs.
