Good but get congested at times as they don't have any limits for membership. It's so crowded in evenings, especially near multi equipments. There are 3 trainers but don't expect much from them. They do conduct aerobics every day.

I was here for the past one year and everything was quite decent out here with a big swimming pool, so many support staffs to help us get into the training activity . The gym is equipped with so many latest equipments and also got a seperate section for steam bath and aerobics.

Reasonable fees and having all kinds of equipments, fees includes aerobics and swimming also. Pool is nice ant it is having maximum depth of 10feet minimum of 3feet

Very cheap and affordable Gym (According to what I re-call, for 1month- 20KD, 3months- 35KD, 6months-50KD and for one and half years- 100KD.) Even though some of their equipment is pretty old, they have most of the required items and all are in good/ decent condition. Recommend this gym to anyone interested in starting somewhere to work out and get fit. They have a good crowd as well and people are very friendly too. Only their timings are a bit not up to the standards, it would have been better if it was 24 hours. Currently, they open at 8 am and close at 12 am. Peace !!!✌️
