Inspire pure fitness is a “fancy” male & female gym located in the heart of The Sahara Hotel (you can check out my review and pictures on their page). The location of the gym is ideal and well chosen, right next to Murooj restaurant/mini shopping center/a fancy gathering spot during the winter in Kuwait. The gym itself used to be the hotels main gym which didn't really work out great as the hotel offers a golf course which is the only golf course in the country. The gym is about 5K sqft in size, chubbed into 4 main fitness areas, the nice overlooking olimpic size pool, a CrossFit/weighing area inside, an another yoga/personal training area, and last but not least a couple of tennis courts also overlooking the pool area. The crowd is kind of a mix of wreally nice people and a lot of wannabes who are here for the show. + If you want to join, you will have to go under a personal screening day chosen by the owner so she may decide if you are worthy of joining! Makes me laugh OUT LOUD!

Not a lot of machines, place overheard when packed . And the coffee place in the middle becomes a social meet point and crowds the place unfortunately. Great parking spaces , great coaches , nice pool .

Located in Sahara Golf Club, the place is considered fairly small for a gym yet it boosts some nice outdoor track, tennis & basketball/volleyball courts. There are also plans to expand the outdoor area to build more fitness related facilities. They have an outdoor heated pool to run during the cold weather. Indoor equipment such as cardio is very limited. Two open area for fitness classes. Very small changing & locker rooms. Avoid peak hours and contact them for memebership packages. (memebership here will give you access to the Bida'a branch) If you enjoy working out early in the morning then I strongly recommend this place!

Great gym if you cherish your ( me ) time the gyms layout and area is neat with peaceful vibs I'd recommend mornings to train and all , and If you're lucky enough you can spot a fox .... yup a real freakin gorgeous fox 🤫

I loved my year-long membership. Equipment was good, maintenance of the facility was great, and staff were accommodating and nice. Unfortunately, the fee is pretty high. However, if you can afford it, this is probably the best gym in this area.

The friendliest and most professional staff. A fully equipped gym that will satisfy all of your fitness needs (cardio, powerlifting, strongman, yoga, boxing, etc...). Ample room to workout and high hygiene standards (a plus during the COVID-19 pandemic). A nice view that overlooks Sahara's golf hills and is graced by sublime sunrises. In close proximity to Murooj, which is filled with some of the best restaurants and cafes Kuwait has to offer.
