👍 Should say the gym is pretty good when it comes to maintenance of the equipments and workout environment. People are cooperative and is often not crowed. If you have 25 KWD lieing around... go ahead dont give a second thought. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the hefty price.

    Very expensive. Trainer comes after 5 pm so we have to work without trainer. Difficult for beginners. Though the space is big and less crowded.

👍👍 One of the nice gym in farwaniya . Great thing is its open 24×7. Some trainers are good . Housekeeping staff always maintain the hygiene and cleanness. Spacious . It has small food court as well where you will can find the right nutrition.
