Worst
experience
ever.
I
purchased
a
1
month
membership
(luckily
no
more
than
that),
and
they
did
not
activate
it
“within
10
hours”
like
they
claim
on
their
IG.
I
tried
to
call,
no
answer,
I
went
in
the
next
day
at
noon,
to
my
surprise
it
was
crowded
and
overflowing
in
the
reception
for
their
offer!
When
I
went
in
with
the
trainer,
no
one
was
wearing
a
mask,
there
was
NO
social
distancing,
not
even
in
the
elevator
where
there
were
5
people
crammed
inside
at
one
point!
When
I
asked
the
trainer
about
the
masks,
she
said
that
the
gym
tells
members
they
can
lower
it
while
working
out,
and
to
only
wear
it
when
Baladeya
come
by!
I
did
not
feel
comfortable
and
requested
to
swap
the
membership
since
it
was
not
yet
activated
(which
the
original
contract
noted
was
an
option)
as
I
did
not
want
to
expose
myself
and
family
to
Covid-19.
The
blonde
lady
at
the
reception
then
went
on
to
claim
that
it
is
only
possible
to
swap
with
a
family
member
(this
was
NOT
WHAT
WAS
STATED
ON
THE
CONTRACT).
Funny
enough
within
the
hour
they
had
CHANGED
THE
CONTRACT!
And
when
I
informed
them
that
I
would
file
a
complaint
with
ministry
of
health,
and
commerce,
Coach
D.
Am
called
ME
unprofessional
and
virtually
kicked
me
out!
*update:
Gym
was
shut
down
by
Baladiya,
hopefully
Covid-19
safety
measures
are
taken
more
seriously
now
