Worst experience ever. I purchased a 1 month membership (luckily no more than that), and they did not activate it “within 10 hours” like they claim on their IG. I tried to call, no answer, I went in the next day at noon, to my surprise it was crowded and overflowing in the reception for their offer! When I went in with the trainer, no one was wearing a mask, there was NO social distancing, not even in the elevator where there were 5 people crammed inside at one point! When I asked the trainer about the masks, she said that the gym tells members they can lower it while working out, and to only wear it when Baladeya come by! I did not feel comfortable and requested to swap the membership since it was not yet activated (which the original contract noted was an option) as I did not want to expose myself and family to Covid-19. The blonde lady at the reception then went on to claim that it is only possible to swap with a family member (this was NOT WHAT WAS STATED ON THE CONTRACT). Funny enough within the hour they had CHANGED THE CONTRACT! And when I informed them that I would file a complaint with ministry of health, and commerce, Coach D. Am called ME unprofessional and virtually kicked me out! *update: Gym was shut down by Baladiya, hopefully Covid-19 safety measures are taken more seriously now

Really nice and spacious gym. It has 3 story levels and so many variety of machines.

Nice place. All classes available. Wide Cafeteria. Prayer toom available. Valet parking available. Swimming pool available with classes. I like the idea of Cardio cinema. Most of the time gym is busy and classes are full.

WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC AND THEY DO NOT FOLLOW MINISTRY OF HEALTH SAFETY GUIDELINES they don’t check for temperature or appointments, and there’s no social distancing at all!!! always crowded and no one is wearing mask the worst gym ever!!! RUN AWAY! such a ripoff! unhygienic and staff is very rude, they don’t respect to customers and never respond to your complaints!!!

The best coach is Fher, she works hard, but the gym is dirty and smell like death and other coaches don’t like to speak English, they must improve their services.

Honestly, go to another gym if you don’t live near. This gym always cancels their classes late and people show up and waste their time. The finger print door doesn’t open for half of the members. And there aren’t that many classes to take. BUT the gym is clean and nice. They just need to get control over their instructors that always CANCEL. 👁👁

I DISLIKE the receptionist‘s attitude in the DIVA gym, they are so disrespectful, not helpful and they don’t give a chance to talk or discuss with them!!

Nice and clean gym. They disinfect the devices after each use. Various classes from zomba to cross fit.dance classes. Best go in the morning . Very crowded in the afternoon

They need to take care of hygiene, the gym needs many renovations and maybe bring new machines. It has been the same machines exactly for more than 2 years The gym needs deep cleaning, the mats are old and dirty. The good thing about the gym is the coaches and the classes, super nice classes and super helpful coaches. Otherwise, it’s so crowded and need many innovations

It’s too crowded and it’s small. I liked it before but after they lowered the price I HATED IT! I will not renew my membership.

The place has loud music, some of the equipment does not work. Some of the trainers do not care about the trainees unless someone asks them, and they reserve the equipment.

Cheap but not very well maintained. Good classes with whole group.

Not clean, crowded. The worst reception employees i have met. She took extra money from me while renewing my subscription and when i recognise that i complaind about it and she did nothing yet!!!and still says that she is waiting for respond from the manager!

3 starts because the facility are quite strong and good but it’s need maintenance it’s rusty and, there is a group of clients who keep their bags on the floor.. they leave the weight heavy weight on the floor after they use it… no discipline and the coach who is GUIDNING them should pick those tho weight and return where they belong if she is so scared to ask her client to return them… management should be instruct about discipline in the gym… and yeah the classes are often cancelled.

Poor parking area.... School drop-off time is too much traffic...

Bad management, problems are not solved, and the name of the club is taken from another club, which makes people mistakenly subscribe to it, and when they complain, the response is to go to the Ministry of Commerce and complain, and all of this there is correspondence with me with these words from their complaint department

Nice prices and offers, but too crowded

I had some complications with my subscription but they smoothly handeled it, the gym is spacious, plenty of machines and the staff are helpful, but, the subscription is really expensive in comparison to other gyms with the same size and number of machines

Very disappointing! This gym cares more about the cafeteria than the actual important things. The equipments like the treadmill are old and broken. AC doesn’t work well. Don’t let the discount fool you, its not worth it.

Shared account for 3 months and the price was good. I got rid of them for a month and a half and I refuse to eat my food and eat it every day. Suddenly you say that it is forbidden to decorate, what is the reason for me to buy from you? I mean, the prices are not normal, and I ask forgiveness from God, the juices are separated, do not drink, and you say it is the last time!!
