I’d
like
to
start
this
review
by
saying
I
used
to
come
to
this
gym
six
days
a
week
two,
hours
a
day
for
the
past
two
years.
I’m
leaving
this
negative
review
to
let
everyone
know
that
the
staff
are
by
far
the
most
incompetent
people
you’ll
ever
meet.
I
was
physically
assaulted
by
someone
who
was
angry
at
the
fact
I
was
still
using
a
machine
he
wanted,
went
to
report
it
to
the
receptionist,
he
proceeded
to
kick
me
out
of
the
reception
area
despite
the
fact
I
was
having
a
literal
panic
attack
over
the
fact
I
was
assaulted
a
few
minutes
ago,
then
he
said
he
“needed
to
hear
both
sides
of
the
story”
even
though
there
was
video
evidence
of
what
happened.
I
walk
with
him
and
show
him
the
person
who
physically
assaulted
me,
that
person
told
him
he
refused
to
talk
with
me
around
then
the
receptionist
gestured
with
their
hand
to
shoo
me
which
was
disrespectful
on
top
of
everything
else
that
happened.
I
wait
back
at
the
reception
area,
the
receptionist
comes
back
and
tells
me
he’ll
have
to
forward
it
to
the
manger
and
I’ll
have
to
wait,
I
proceeded
to
wait
for
an
entire
month
with
no
update,
I
messaged
them
daily
and
they
kept
ghosting
me.
I
reminded
them
every
time
I
entered
the
gym
and
they
kept
saying
the
manger
was
working
on
it.
I
finally
decide
to
go
see
the
manger
since
every
time
I
call,
he’s
either
“in
a
meeting”
or
not
there,
so
I
go
in
the
morning
for
the
sole
reason
of
talking
to
him,
he
brings
me
to
his
office
and
tells
me
to
tell
him
the
entire
story
I
do.
He
promises
me
that
he
would
ban
that
person
as
they
broke
the
terms
of
conduct
when
they
physically
assaulted
me,
he
also
promised
that
the
receptionist
would
apologize
for
his
rude
behavior
during
that
entire
ordeal.
To
my
surprise
the
note
the
receptionist
gave
to
the
manger
A
MONTH
AGO,
was
lost
by
the
manger.
now
they
lost
the
name
of
the
assaulter
and
promised
me
they’d
find
it
as
he
comes
daily.
They
never
did,
I
kept
calling
for
months
and
I
was
always
told
they
were
still
looking.
I
know
for
a
fact
the
receptionist
knew
his
name
but
pretended
not
too
as
he
disliked
the
fact
I
reported
his
misconduct.
He
never
apologized
for
shooing
me
inspite
of
what
the
manger
said,
he
actually
verbally
refused
to
aknowledge
his
actions
adding
salt
to
the
wound.
In
short,
Spark
is
the
the
type
of
gym
where
if
you
get
physically
assaulted,
they
won’t
do
anything
to
help,
it’s
the
type
of
place
to
delay
a
serious
issue
hoping
you’d
forget
about
it,
it’s
the
type
of
place
where
a
receptionist
will
shoo
you
and
refuse
to
apologize,
it’s
a
place
where
the
manger
will
promise
you
things
but
never
follow
through.
This
is
how
they
treat
someone
who’s
been
going
there
daily
for
the
last
two
years
so
I’ll
leave
it
to
you
to
imagine
how
much
worse
they’d
treat
someone
new.
I
no
longer
go
as
I
do
not
feel
safe
or
comfortable
there.
