Let start that I have tried 7 or 8 different diet food companies in Kuwait, here is my evaluation for Lina's & Dina's: Pros: - delivery timing is perfect morning - the plates are big so they will fill it with food - call center and whatsapp service very supportive - breakfast meals and snacks I guess fine Cons: - lunch and dinner meals are NOT delicious, I had to cancel - the menu collection for lunch and dinner meals are very limited - too maby offers u won't know what subscripe with until u meet with the Dietitian and they will charge u - some meals like Manaqesh or Pizzab they will put it in plastic bag so u can't use it in microwave and if u r at work and don't have a proper plate? Also cornflakes they will put it in plastic bag not in a bowl u can add the milk to it and eat it. - no spoon, fork, knife or napkins Unfortunately I had a bad taste and quality food experience and service, I don't see that I will give them a second chance, I had to change my subscription from 3 meals for one month to breakfast with 2 snaks for 6 weeks because they don't refund fully. Thanks

If you are looking for better health journey by eating food of your choice then without any doubt you can go with Lina's n Dina's. Normally I'm not a person to give feedbacks to any organization because of my hectic schedule but as it's matter of health and healthy food , so after using 3 months of Lina's and Dina's Diet centre services I can't stop myself to rate them 5 star ⭐ as well as sharing my experience.. within three months I loose more than 12kg as well as feeling very strong from inside. Also I find this diet centre staff more friendly than others. Thanks a ton to Lina's and Dina's team ..

In the search of perfection I Tried many diet Centre and finally I Tried Lina's & Dina's Diet Centre, honestly speaking I never ever find such a satisfaction I subscribe for Keto program, which is one of the most demanding program to lose weight quickly, and within 1 month I loose 7 kg, unbelievable achievement, Also Dietitians and staff are very cooperative, So if you are also looking for perfect diet center then you should try Lina's & Dina's Diet Centre.

Customer service is very bad, they are not good at dealing with customers, manipulating subscriber contracts, non-refunding subscription amounts, and lacking credibility in all conditions It was a very bad experience. I hope that my brothers, who want a weight loss food plan, do not go to this company.

Lina's and Dina's has good food that matches expectations. Please check with your dietician if you're able to tolerate high protein foods before proceeding with the six pack program.

Respected organized place Good medical advice Timing of delivery is perfect Amount of food is enough But But Food taste is the worse you can imagine. Please you have to review and ask experts in that Unfortunately I will not complete until there is change and my daily food I donate for any person but I can not eat
