If
you
haven't
tried
the
dynamite
chicken
here,
you
are
missing
the
best
appetizer
in
kuwait!!
P.F.
Chang's
is
the
first
internationally
recognized
multi-unit
casual
dining
restaurant
concept
to
honor
and
celebrate
the
2,000-year-old
tradition
of
wok
cooking
as
the
center
of
the
guest
experience.
Since
inception,
PF.
Chang'
chefs
have
been
hand-rolling
dim
sum,
hand
chopping
and
slicing
all
vegetables
and
meats,
scratch
cooking
sauces
and
wok-cooking
each
dish,
every
day
in
every
restaurant.
This
particular
waterfront
branch
is
located
at
the
Al
Corniche
Club
on
the
Arabian
Gulf
road
and
is
best
among
all
the
other
branches
in
kuwait!
There
usually
is
a
waiting
of
15-30
minutes
to
get
a
table
here
on
weekends
and
they
wouldn't
reserve
tables
on
the
phone,
infact
you
will
be
lucky
if
someone
even
picks
up
the
call!
That
busy
the
restaurant
is
specially
on
weekends.
We
waited
for
15
minutes
and
then
we
were
seated
at
the
best
table
in
the
house,
which
is
the
round
table
at
the
right
most
corner
on
first
floor.
We
went
in
the
evening,
so
the
lighting
was
perfect
on
the
this
table
with
adequate
seating.
Food-
4/5
We
ordered
6
dishes
and
all
of
them
were
delicious.
1.
The
Dynamite
Chicken
-
and
as
they
challenge,
it
is
often
imitated
but
never
duplicated
elsewhere
and
this
is
by
far
the
most
selling
dish
in
this
restaurant.
It
is
our
favorite
and
we
often
crave
it,
the
dhnamite
sauce
being
the
key
to
its
greatness.
2.
Chang's
chicken
lettuce
wraps
-
it
is
also
there
signature
dish
made
with
secret
chiang
family
recipe.
You
personally
have
to
wrap
the
chicken
in
the
lettuce
with
the
sauces
provided
and
experience
the
deliciousness.
3.
Kung
Pao
Chicken
-
it
is
a
classic
Chinese
dish
from
the
Sichuan
and
Hunan
regions
with
their
own
twist.
Sliced
chicken
breast
with
chilli
pods
and
peanuts
in
Chang's
own
Kung
Pao
sauce.
It
tasted
fabulous
4.
Lo
Mein
chicken
noodles-
these
are
classic
chinese
noodles
and
with
savory
soy
sauce.
Nothing
too
great
about
this
dish.
I
would
say
it
was
as
good
as
any
other
hakka
noodles
elsewhere.
5.
Chang's
chicken
fried
rice-
it
is
Wok-fried
rice,
blended
with
egg,
green
onion,
carrots
and
bean
sprouts
tossed
in
their
signature
dark
sauce.
This
was
again
not
too
great,
and
can
be
as
good
as
any
other
fried
rice
elsewhere
6.
Great
wall
of
Chocolate-
This
cake
definitely
stands
up
to
itsname!
Six
layers
of
chocolate
cake
and
frosting,
encrusted
with
chocolate
chips
(serves
6
people
at
the
end
of
dinner).
It's
size
is
reduced
from
before
i
guess
and
it
is
still
my
favorite
dessert
around
here
7.
We
ordered
soft
drinks
-
refillable
Ambience-5/5
Love
the
whole
ambience,
the
calmness,
the
music
and
the
vibe
here
Service-4/5
Service
is
slightly
slower
than
other
alShaya
restaurants,
maybe
because
they
are
understaffed.
All
in
all,
highly
recommend
place
for
a
perfect
family
dinner
or
a
date
or
to
celebrate
special
occasions.
