One of the best burgers in Kuwait. But since they started delivery, walk-in customers were down graded in priority . They open only one cashier for long line of customers and one for delivery guys as in the attached photo. Unbelievable number of delivery guys taking half of the costumers seats.

I honestly love love love the hotdogs here but I’ve had bad experiences with the pickup option where they forgot my sisters burger twice and I didn’t notice until I got home so always check your orders before you leave! Today my sisters and mom decided we wanted to dine in and when I mentioned what happened, the manager was so sweet she gave us a free dessert to make it up to us.

Very nice food however I believe it is overpriced for what you are getting. It is much better than Macdonalds and burger king but not the point the price premium would indicate. Parking is kind of tough as sometimes people park behind you, which leads people to park in the last spot therefore wasting 2 more spots in front of them.
