Before
I
mention
why
I
removed
one
star,
I
would
like
to
express
my
great
satisfaction
with
Diet
Care.
Food
is
healthy
and
delicious,
professional,
and
there's
lots
of
interesting
variety.
Its
probably
one
of
the
best
diet
centers
around!
I
am
pleased.
However,
I
am
very
disappointed
with
the
Arab
female
staff
working
over
the
phone.
I
didnt
find
them
professional
and
rather
incompetent.
First
of
all,
they
didnt
speak
a
word
of
English
and
I
could
barely
understand
them.
It
was
frustrating.
Secondly,
the
female
that
spoke
to
me
over
the
phone
expected
me
to
choose
the
entire
2-week
menu
over
the
phone
and
it
was
so
rushed.
She
had
no
patience
and
it
was
obvious
from
her
tone.
She
could
have
atleast
offered
me
to
choose
the
first
three
days
and
have
the
driver
send
me
the
menu
for
the
other
days.
I
didnt
even
know
that
was
an
option
because
this
was
my
first
try
with
Diet
Care.
I
also
clearly
mentioned
several
times
over
the
phone
and
on
the
menu
that
I
am
a
breastfeeding
mother
and
require
a
certain
amount
of
calories.
They
confimed
this
but
the
food
still
came
in
small
portions
and
low
caloric
count.
The
dietician
had
not
called
me
at
all
until
I
had
to
remind
them
three
times.
And
they
promised
from
the
first
time
that
I
should
be
expecting
her
call!
When
I
decided
to
renew
my
subscription
for
another
two
weeks,
I
asked
to
be
sent
the
menu
with
the
driver
to
choose
new
menu
items.
I
chose
the
first
few
days
over
the
phone
and
requested
the
menu
for
the
remaining.
The
next
day,
they
didnt
share
any
menu
and
I
had
to
remind
the
female
staff
again.
I
waited,
but
once
more,
no
menu
the
following
day
until
I
called
for
the
third
time
and
a
man
picked
up
the
call.
Finally,
I
received
the
menu
but
by
the
time
I
did,
the
first
week
was
gone.
I
received
a
call
by
one
of
the
females
there
and
she
asked
me
why
I
had
not
filled
out
the
first
week
of
the
menu
and
jumped
to
the
second.
I
explained
that
I
was
already
on
my
second
week.
She
said
that
this
wouldnt
work
and
that
I
would
need
to
choose
the
items
over
the
phone
now
or
they
will
be
taking
them
from
my
previous
old
subscription.
I
spend
my
time
choosing
what
I
would
like
and
then
this
happens.
I
didnt
understand
the
stupidity
of
it.
And
ofcourse,
I
didnt
understand
the
logic
behind
her
explanation
and
she
didnt
sound
bothered
by
it
either.
I
just
told
her
keep
the
old
menu
because
I
have
no
time
to
ask
her
to
repeat
her
drivel
and
try
to
understand
what
on
earth
she
is
saying.
I
am
not
paying
this
amount
of
money
to
be
treated
this
way
with
your
service.
It
was
confusing
and
unorganized
and
it
makes
me
not
want
to
deal
with
your
staff
again.
Speaking
as
a
customer,
your
food
is
of
great
quality
but
please
find
some
professional
and
competant
staff
to
match
that
because
they
are
very
behind
from
this
level.

some
good

from

will
understand
this
