This company needs to hire a consultant to review their management and internal processes. Whoever is responsible of internal processes and procedures is incompetent. Why? Because I am a customer and I am very unhappy with my experience with them.

Don't subscribe to Talabat Pro, once you do you won't be able to unsubscribe and your credit card will get deducted every month.. Worst customer care service, your only solution will be Kuwait Customer Protection Service.

Worst customer service experience I ever had in my life... They don't care about you they care about weather they receive the money or not.. U will get confirmation but not the food. If u call they say we are no more work on 📞 tele support.. U have to download the app and go for live support... Veryy bad

Worst customer service ever, very rude people working online, shut the place down its going to the dog's . I want to talk to someone in top management its important. This is bad a lot of things happening you dont know about. Retain your customers, you might notice defection rates are in creasing, churn declining, your image going bad.no one cares about these feedback reports prove me wrong, contact me.

my order was late and when I wanted to cancle they didnt offer a way to speak with custmore care and no cancellation option available on app.

Bad experience as always, they keep on reducing ways of getting in touch with a customer care agent yet we keep seeing more fancier ads that look like they’ve been spent millions on. Why don’t you focus on your “ customer “ ? I can never talk to a customer service agent.

Unfortunately, over the years talabat has lost its core values towards their customers. This company used to care about their customers, their pains, and provided a superior service to solve those pains. Today however, the Talabat only cares taking customer’s money without providing the lowest level of quality control. Until they fix thief issues within, I am leaving talabat platform.

Talabat Call center team is Useless, i called 5 times and more than 30 minutes talked with Ahmad And Mohamad. But still they can not help us .

I made an order from Talabat Mart. I have never received it. The driver can't locate my building and only speaks Arabic. I hope he enjoys the food I bought.

My order too late. It took 2 hours. Talabat company not supportive at all. I really get disappointed.

One of their drivers stole from me so their drivers could be a threat I don’t feel safe ordering from them again, so this driver spilled my food and ran away i called him back and he said he is going to bring me another one from restaurant and he is going to pay by himself so i offered him a cash out of pity even though i have payed by knet (so i payed twice for a food I didn’t eat) the driver then ran away with the cash and didn’t deliver the food. Good news is i have a full footage for the whole incident.
