I
have
spent
over
a
thousand
nights
at
a
Marriott
brand
hotel.
I've
also
stayed
at
multiple
St.
Regis
hotels
around
the
world.
The
St
Regis
Kuwait
is
one
of
the
best.
The
building
itself
is
brand
new
and
the
service
is
excellent.
For
example,
the
butler
service
reached
out
to
me
before
I
even
got
here
and
we
stayed
in
touched
throughout
the
stay
without
me
picking
up
the
phone.
The
hotel
provides
fresh
fruit
in
your
room
every
day.
The
also
provide
an
assortment
of
nuts
relevant
to
this
region
and
culture.
And
finally
they
provide
it
macaroons
and
chocolate.
I
didn't
touch
any
of
the
dessert
but
enjoyed
the
fruits.
Pictures
attached.
The
location
could
be
in
a
better
place.
It's
right
next
to
a
busy
road
and
not
really
in
walking
distance
to
anything
you
would
want
to
do.
The
restaurant
doesn't
seem
St
Regis
level
quality,
so
that
was
puzzling.
I
ordered
room
service
and
the
noodles
were
pretty
awful.
I
sent
it
back
after
just
one
bite
and
the
management
was
very
gracious
about
the
tsking
it
off
the
bill.
Nonetheless,
I
think
the
service
and
quality
of
the
building
makes
up
for
those
minor
blemishes.
I
am
grading
on
a
full
5-star
scale
and
do
so
with
an
implicit
price-value
curve.
I
am
aware
that
many
others
on
social
media
may
grade
on
a
3-point
(4
being
an
average
score)
or
2-point
scale
(4
being
a
poor
score),
but
the
fact
remains
that
Google
gives
us
a
5-point
scale.
To
me,
4
stars
is
great,
3
stars
is
average
and
5
stars
should
be
rare
-
reserved
for
true
excellence
or
near
perfection.
