I have spent over a thousand nights at a Marriott brand hotel. I've also stayed at multiple St. Regis hotels around the world. The St Regis Kuwait is one of the best. The building itself is brand new and the service is excellent. For example, the butler service reached out to me before I even got here and we stayed in touched throughout the stay without me picking up the phone. The hotel provides fresh fruit in your room every day. The also provide an assortment of nuts relevant to this region and culture. And finally they provide it macaroons and chocolate. I didn't touch any of the dessert but enjoyed the fruits. Pictures attached. The location could be in a better place. It's right next to a busy road and not really in walking distance to anything you would want to do. The restaurant doesn't seem St Regis level quality, so that was puzzling. I ordered room service and the noodles were pretty awful. I sent it back after just one bite and the management was very gracious about the tsking it off the bill. Nonetheless, I think the service and quality of the building makes up for those minor blemishes. I am grading on a full 5-star scale and do so with an implicit price-value curve. I am aware that many others on social media may grade on a 3-point (4 being an average score) or 2-point scale (4 being a poor score), but the fact remains that Google gives us a 5-point scale. To me, 4 stars is great, 3 stars is average and 5 stars should be rare - reserved for true excellence or near perfection.

Kudos to the Manegment, the quality of service here is the best in Kuwait. This hotel is the main destination for business men and officials because they know protocol. The room we got was specious and well designed. Resturant options here are very good and the chefs are world class. Thank you all for a welcoming stay,

New hotel in Kuwait ... the room is very modern with all the technologies you might think of ... big tv ... great dining options ... unfortunately the gym was closed so i did not get to test it ... the staff were cery friendly and helpful ... i love a hotel who welcome you with a fruit platter ... the only remarks i might have is the bed is on the softer side so it might bother some people and the shower handles were a bit confusing to be honest but thats me being extra picky

ALERT: the hotel is going through renovation, be ready to wake up by a drill & hammer. We are staying at a suite in first floor, on 8:00am the construction has began by very loud sounds of drill n hammer, i believe 1 floor above or below, as we have not been informed about expected noise, we communicated with the reception about the noise issue (which has been handled poorly) stating the it will stop but the hammer keep getting punched stronger. Duty manager wasn’t reachable at the time of the calls between 8 - 9 am Pretty sure the iconic general manager fahad abushaar would take action once this is published. The review has been written for the sake of saving upcoming visitors who may fall in such situations.

I stayed for one night (4/11) room 621 to attend the wedding party ... however the construction work started after midnight on the 6th floor . When I brought this up to the receptionist's attention, he offered his big smile and four pieces of arabic sweet as compensation...... First and last time to stay in this place ,I tried four sessions at burj alshaya more than 4 times , each experience is incomparable overthere......good luck improving your quality, I didn't feel like I'm welcome in the moment I checked in

The rooftop restaurant is Lebanese. Very nice mood and view. Prices are ok. Service is fabulous but the food a little bland. The atmosphere and live music is great. But I will not return for the food.

Quite a fancy hotel.. i never stayed there though They have nice restaurants, staff is extremely welcoming and assisting. Do not use the valet, use the parking story building, which is a 2 minute walk away 😃
