TL:DR?
Come
for
the
great
coaching:
stay
for
the
community!
Boise
CrossFit
is
easily
one
of
the
top
gyms
in
the
nation.
I
travel
often
for
work,
and
going
to
other
gyms
makes
me
reflect
on
all
of
the
things
I
love
about
BCF!
I
joined
as
an
older
adult
(50!)
after
a
years-long
break
from
any
kind
of
fitness,
and
have
felt
comfortable
and
welcomed
at
BCF.
1)
The
coaching
is
excellent.
I
feel
confident
that
no
matter
which
class
I
am
able
to
attend,
a
qualified
and
enthusiastic
coach
will
be
there
to
help
me
achieve
my
best
in
every
workout.
Each
coach
has
a
full
understanding
of
the
programmed
movements,
and
will
break
them
down
for
easier
understanding,
as
well
as
offer
appropriate
scaled
movements.
I
have
super
screwy
shoulders,
and
the
coaches
are
all
excellent
at
answering
my
unending
litany
of
odd
questions,
as
well
as
correcting
my
form
in
a
helpful
way.
They
go
out
of
their
way
to
help
me
figure
out
which
scaled
option
will
work
best
for
me.
BONUS:
all
coaches
have
a
great
sense
of
humor,
and
will
keep
you
smiling
though
the
workout!
2)
The
gym
is
SPOTLESS.
Everything
is
clean
and
well
organized.
3)
There
is
a
thoughtful
plan
in
place
with
each
workout
programmed.
Over
the
course
of
a
week,
every
muscle
will
receive
attention.
4)
The
community!
This
is
no
accident.
The
community
has
been
thoughtfully
cultivated.
Through
encouraging
emails
and
texts
from
the
owner,
Andy,
and
partner
workouts
that
make
you
reach
out
to
others,
this
intentionality
has
created
a
supportive
and
enthusiastic
community
that
makes
you
want
to
come
back
for
more.
Whether
you
are
a
person
lifting
450lbs
and
training
for
a
competition,
or
just
starting
out
with
the
15lb
trainer
bar,
everyone
is
encouraged
to
do
their
best
and
celebrated
for
their
accomplishments.
5)
Andy,
the
owner
and
head
coach,
is
patient,
methodical
and
meticulous.
He
also
has
an
excellent
sense
of
humor
and
understanding
of
people.
He
has
created
something
extraordinary
with
Boise
CrossFit.
