I love this small town place. It’s a staple of downtown, and such a treat! Their product is very good, but more importantly extremely consistent. I enjoy the enormous selection of flavors. My only complaint is the young people they hire seem to not be in a hurry, but I do have to say they are very polite. You definitely have to bring your patience at times because the drive thru gets very backed up and doesn’t move quickly. It’s worth it when time allows!❤️

We stopped by here on our way back from North Georgia. Even though it is 25 miles from our home, my wife and I have joked about driving there just for the ice cream. It was that good. In particular, we loved the Death by Chocolate sundae. The hot fudge in it was unlike any other fudge we've tasted. Is it homemade? It certainly seemed like it.

Kids working there need to watch how they speak to their customers. We were ask to pull up and wait that our order would be brought put to us. While waiting a car pulled up behind us so in order to let them out I needed to move. I pulled into the parking space right beside the drive thru window. Once the young man brought our order to my vehicle he was not happy he replied, " the next time we ask you to pull up, just pull up ahead. Parking over here is out of the way for us."

This is a really good small town ice cream shop. Everything is very enjoyable and the cups are full and have all the advertised quality products in them. We went at Peak time on a Saturday they were super busy at drive through and walk-ups (minimal staff working) Several people got in line behind us and left because of the slow line. I think if they had more staff it might be more of an enjoyable experience for visitors. Something for management to consider but overall an excellent place to go.

Amazing shaved ice. We've loved everything we've had here. Also love that they stay open longer than other ice cream places around.

The ice cream was great! It really is the best in town. The scoop portions, however, are very small for the price. Also, if they are so busy as they usually are, more staff would be worth the extra labor cost. I'm definitely coming back because it's really good ice cream 😋!

Enjoyed this place. Tons of variety and options on the menu. Creamy delicious ice cream. Friendly owner/staff got our orders out quickly. Generous serving size and topping quantities. Yummy! Outdoor seating, mask use by staff, drive through and walk up window for ordering.

I watched two employees eat ice directly from the shaved iced machine, using their bare hands as bowls. The female employee even helped herself to two kinds of syrup, on the ice, that was in her bare hand. Then, the two proceeded to take and fulfill orders from the drive-thru windows, without wearing gloves and without washing or sanitizing their hands - disgusting.

Loved my Pina Colada with Strawberry shaved ice. Did not mind the wait. There was a line for the drive thru and a line for the walk up window. Neither moved too slow. Will certainly visit this local establishment the next time we are in town!!!!

You know it's fantastic when cars are lined up around the block, and simultaneously, there's a long line of customers at the window. It's worth the wait, and the employees are always great. The cute little building and round picnic tables add to the charm. It's our favorite ice cream place in town.

I’ve cream like it should be! Staff was friendly and helpful. Ice cream was delicious. Nice seating area outside. If you’re looking for a treat, you really should stop by.

We took our youth group kids as an end of school year hang out. It was a very chill environment. The only con was the ground critters scurrying about. There were tables on the side and plenty of parking within the few lots directly around the business. The staff was kind and handled the constant flow of customers well.

This ice cream shop is in a unique historic building. The ice cream is good, service prompt and friendly. The ice cream is overpriced. $4.50 for a one-scoop sugar cone. Nevertheless, Coconuts created traffic jams.

Nice small batch ice cream place with tons of flavors to accommodate everyone in the family. My son is allergic to dairy, so I appreciate that they have a vegan option for him and in one of his favorite flavors, cookies 'n cream. Only the one flavor though. Hopefully, they will add more vegan flavors in the near future.

Great little ice cream place in Cartersville, GA. Such a great variety of items from waffle cones to smoothies to shaved ice. Lots of flavors to choose from. The building is really cool to just swing by and check it out. The customer service was wonderful!

We were treated very nicely, wasn't hassled to hurry up while I looked through their menu (was a first timer) and their ice cream was delicious. There are so many flavors and mixtures to choose from. I will definitely be returning.

We love Coconuts! We live in Smyrna and love to hike Red Top Mtn - we make sure to stop at Coconuts every time and it is our very favorite ice cream place!

I got a one scoop in a cone. I was a little disappointed in the size of the waffle cone. It's smaller than nearby competitor's, although I think Coconut's offers more flavors. Coconut's wasn't open on Sunday or else we might have never had another shop to compare it with.
