This room is in very poor condition. It's outdated and not well-maintained. It doesnt Worth the money you pay There are alot of mosquitos and cockroaches in the room, and no bed net is provided. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you love dancing with mosquitos.

Well, The bathroom, although is equipped with a boiler is too small for anyone to manuver freely... Compared to the size of the room and it's name.the room service couldn't provide basic sanitary pads. We were told that employees are not allowed to go outside the compound to assist guests. The white wine was served at room temperature. Not chilled like it says on the bottle. Worse of all, they turned of the light at 11:30 pm. When the whole neighborhood had electricity. No changing your phone, no wifi, no hot shower, no light in general ... Worst experience ever. Didn't visit the swimming pool, No spa, don't believe the Google ad., No gym..... nothing is what it seems...........so disappointed

This hotel is very terrible. You are better off sleeping by the road on a tent. 1. The hotel manager refused to change my room despite it lacking a functioning bathroom, and eventually relented only after I made a scene. 2. The restaurant served me leftover food, that was very disgusting to look at. When I returned it, I was charged the full amount. 3. The manager made it clear that I was served leftover food for complaining about my crappy room.

Let me put it simply: if you’re left with this hotel as your only option because every other hotel is booked in Adama, sleep on the street. Worst hotel experience I have ever had anywhere. And I stayed in the 3500 birr per night suite.

Hello, I and my friends..just having lunch Feb. 23/2025 once visited here and, it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring that all of my needs were met. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions. I will definitely stay come back

High quality hotel with rich experiences and outlets for every needs. It serves Bedrooms, foods and beverages, meeting halls and swimming pools. It has adequate indoor and outdoor spaces which can occupy several hundred customers at a time...Despite this it is among few very expensive service centers in Adama Town and not a good first choice for a wider low and average income earners of Adama community...
