I got some painful acne issues during pandemic time so I had to see a doctor. So I decided to visit this clinic as the google reviews were very positive. I called the receptionist as the number was available on Google maps. I got the appointment for the day after but after requesting the receptionist I got the very next day appointment. The doors and chairs were taken care of being sanitized and everything was according to the proper channel. The doctor "Varun sarin" turned out to be my instant solution. I did not have to wait for long and it hardly took me half an hour for the entire process. He came up with a computerized list of questions and asked me about my problem thoroughly. And BAM in only four days, I got through those painful acne problem. The consultation fees is 500/-. The charges are little high but the medicines he prescribed worked wonder for me. So I would recommend anyone who is facing skin problems should once visit him for sure. Also their medical store is available at the back side of this clinic. So the doctor recommend you to get the medicines from there. And yes the medicines did work!!!

The most cheerful and coolest doctor I have met throughout my life, believe me. Though he is famous already amongst the derma doctors, however I came to know about him recently. I loved how he diagnoses and assures the cure🤩. He has been so jolly and patient whenever I had an appointment and his medication has worked on me like super early. I do not care about the negative reviews here which says about timing and all issues because I have been treated and addressed pretty well. So it is like be good with them and they will be the best with you. He is being assisted by Sameer who again deserves half of appreciation, he is calm and has also suggested me cures and process like in Layman terms. Apart from assisting as a medico, he has acted more in chilled way, that I really appreciate. So yeah, I have hence written this long review and a 5 star too. Cheers.

The management is very bad. I Booked an appointment and was on time for my appointment but they were saying to wait for hours and said that the person with appointment date of 2 days back is also waiting. The way they organise is very bad nd the way the staff talks is also really bad. I have had several incidents like this before, one even lead to a fight there and I am not gonna go there anymore. There are many good doctors in dehradun and this one is truly overrated. They just don't care about their patients anyone who has visited can confirm all that I am saying.

A great overall environment and a lovely place to get yourself treated for the laser hair removal. Loved how much the doctor and the staff specially the one I dealt with, Manju, took care of condition and provided the treatment and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was impressed with the deep knowledge Manju has, not only about the skincare but also about the hair removal via laser. Not to forget, how vast Dr Sarin’s expertise is which helped and made the laser hair removal pretty easy for me. It was a lovely visit and the the treatment actually worked.

DO NOT VISIT THIS DOCTOR. I wish I could give 0 stars as well. The docfor is not at all professional. It ia like a bus stand. The doctor wil spend less than 3 minutes with a patient. I took my mom within 30 seconds the doctor diagnosed it as psorisis without any test or anything and prescribed her medicines. After going tgrough the medication for two weeks the condition only increased so we planned on visiting another doctor. Then we found out that it was just skin allergy. The doctor is literally sitting to loot you off 500 rs and that is all. He will charge rs 500 for 2 mins and wrong diagnosis. Please do not ever vsit the doctor. He is very well spoken the staff is good but all that is useless when he does not do his job well. Trust me this is a very honest review do not visit this doctor. My mom was taking wrong medication at her age. It was really unsafe.

No point of taking appointment here. They kept me on waiting list even though I had a prior informed appointment. I had to wait till 9 to get my review done which eventually took 3 hours of time. Pathetic responses from the desk when I had asked them how much more longer it would take. Absolutely rude staff behaviour and I would not recommend anyone to treat yourself or your dear ones here. Hope this review brings some hospitality in the clinic.

He is such a stupid doctor even after informing him about pre-existing medical condition he kept on providing steroids. Do not consult these money-minded doctors . Do not believe in a 4.7 rating. I don't know about others but for me, it didn't work out. I went for the eczema treatment. I visited the clinic at every appointment and followed all the instructions carefully. Even after consuming medicines for 6 months, it didn't change a little. Spent thousands of rupees, and hours waiting and unfortunately the relief was temporary. Hence I decided not to consult again. Please do not consult Dr Sarin for atopic dermatitis.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Varun sarin were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Sarin really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit so I highly recommend this clinic.

The only drawaback with this is there are issues , with the waiting time and even if u have confirmed appointment for you they will still ask you to wait ,not for 10 mins sometimes an hour or 2 . This makes the process so irritating and yes ,considered it as a drawaback. Apart from that services from doc are top 1 with the permanent resolution-along with the remedies. I have been visiting doc since 5 years for multiple issues for me and my closed ones. I am extremely satisfied with the treatment I receive from doctor for several issues . But i see no changes in infrastructure and waiting lines long long lines for the same . Can be a suggestion or as a feedback they should be particular for number of patients alloted for the particular day to make the process easier and smoother for management and patients instead of adding up patients till the last momment. I hope this could change soon with time.

I visited Dr Sarin for a recurring acne condition that had been troubling me for more than 3 years. Everybody in his staff was very courteous. I had booked my appointment in advance so was called in at the appointed time. Dr Varun was patient in discussing the symptoms, examining my acne and explaining the prescription. His advice and treatment helped me get rid of my acne that had troubled me for a very long time. What I really admire about the treatment was no unnecessary medicines were prescribed. Instead, the emphasis was on better eating habits and a few lifestyle changes. I just had one follow-up visit and that was it. My acne has not returned so far. I highly recommend Dr Sarin's establishment for the great experience I had there.

I got to know about him and saw the reviews so i thought to consult him as i was suffering from Allopecia, i went under his treatment for 4 months but i didn't get any benefit from him for my allergy fees was constant and medicines were too costly which didnt help me at all.. i think he is just a Dermatologist as i inquired from the patients during the waiting time

The staff is so partial. First on call, they said 1-1:30 hour waiting. We book our appointment and came here. After that they again told us to wait. When we asked questions l, they became partial and keep us in the last. How irritating people are sitting in the reception table, who don't even know how to deal with patients.
