Bad experience... poor ambience.. even staffs are rude to customers.. we pay 12k for 2 rooms.. they didn't even give water to drink.. they charge for drinking water.. owner is out of reach ... worst maintenance in kitchen.. totally waste of money...

Hotel reception guy has very bad attitude and money minded. Actually we didn't take any incidents and any water even though they charged extra. First they ll ask money then they ll about the cottage fake photos uploaded online in their website. Directly it was different my personal opinion don't go there and don't waste ur money uncesarry

One of the worst cottage which I have seen in ooty no room cleaning bad smell in bathroom fake photos uploaded there is no maintenance. Even for drinking water (tap water,)extra charge. We had bad experience over there. Blady experience we had in that hotel.dont go there and don't waste ur money

We had to spontaneously stay extra day in Ooty and all hotels were booked. So we found this. Let me start with something positive: - the staff did try to be polite. Brought forks,cups and a kettle when we asked. - they add extra beds for free Now why I wouldn’t come back here: 1.Price. 5 000 for a room. Usually a 4/5 star hotels have the same price. Look at the rooms. It doesn’t keep up to be called a guest house. It’s just bad. 2. The condition of the house. Walls are dirty, there are holes in the doors. All pictures and beds are dirty and scrambled. 3. It’s in the basement. The rooms are literally in the basement. 4. Comfort. There is no wi-fi, the phone doesn’t catch the network in the room. It is extremely cold and possibly you can’t do anything about it. There no hot water and there is a window without curtains in the toilet(which doesn’t make you feel good when you are in there). I feel like this should cost maximum 1 thousand for a room.

Excellent place to stay. Clean ambiance. Well maintained rooms. Great room service. Amazing food arrangements.

Actually I wouldn't put even one star for rooms. Rooms look terrible, dirty, the toilet flash is broken, the bathroom door has a hole. The most interesting thing us that we were charged 5000 rupees for one room! I definitely will not come back there and do not recommend to stay there!

Rooms were small compared to the price. The surroundings were not clean and there were lot of mosquitoes
