Lovely Resort 🏖️but terrible service 😱. -> There is no drinking water facility/ water purifier 🚱. -> We literally had to borrow drinking water from local fisherman on the beach shore during night time. As the reception staff was not responsive.🥺🥺 -> ÀC doesn't work in AC room and fan doesn't work in non-ac room, so basically you got to sacrifice your sleep for the beach view. 😰 -> Rooms are filled with flies and lizards 🦟🪳🦎 -> Bathrooms were not so clean 🤷 -> Bed blankets were stained with dirt marks😷 -> Balcony area is fully dark and has no light source, ironically all the 4 lamps outside do not work. We used candles like old days.🌚 Only Pro being the beach view. 🏖️⛱️🌊🐚 Overall it's a resort with amazing views which expects the customer to pay the charges of a 3 star hotel with no basic amenities.

We still can't believe how this resort got positive feedback. I don't think any pros except it has direct access dirty and smelly beach. Staff was worst, right from security to the in charge. Food was below average. Rooms looks like it has not been cleaned for ages. Bedsheets are soiled like hell and they don't bother to change until we ask. Acs and fans does not work but you will be charged. No fresh water in bathroom. We get salt water instead. Taps does not works, shower does not work. No holders, sockets work. Thanks to mosquitoes and flees around. You surely take few memories back home. They are not paying any gst and even have not registered for it. My advice unless you want to rune your holiday go there. Don't fall in trap with age lot photos and hotels sponsored fake positive reviews. If you don't find decent hotels on beach side better stay in chirala town and travel back and forth for around 7km.

The rooms were decent, but we paid 6000 for a single room with one extra bed, which i thought was too much. But the room was neat. Service was good, my only concern was with the cleaning staff. At least till the beach area which is in the premises of the resort must be kept clean. The sand had broken glass bottles and non-biodegradable trash. The location is perfect, as this is one of the resort which has direct access to the beach, giving u an opportunity to witness both sunrise and sunset from same place.

this property is a ghost town. never book it . rooms are dirty , bathroom are soiled ..zero maintenace. as per govt rule this property should be demolished. but are are taking booking on outdated property.. you will vomit once u see property and the rooms, beshsheet, towels, unheygenic bathroomz.. it should b named as potty resort. it has owen beach but its waste.. people come and drink in this property at bight. at night u will recall this property has buth bangla a ghost town.

If you want to waste your money then go for it. More than worst resort ever. Worst staff, Worst hospitality, worst rooms, total management worst. We planned here to relax with friends but owner asked to adjust in a room which was built in 1970 with less AC. We ordered food at 9:00 and we got at 11:00 because of no gas(wow) we asked for country chicken dish and we got boiler chicken, when asked for it owner shouts on us for asking. We happened to check out at 12:00 AM because of owner. Only advantage resort is having is its near to the beach.

Worst place. Outside looks good but inside the rooms are worst. AC doesn't work, no proper bathrooms, broken shower, many ants around. They have table fans in room. Visited recently Sep 2021 – Buddha beach resort Positives : Resort is just beside the beach, best place to hang out with friends. Feels like you are sitting in beach from room. Negatives: 1. Zero maintenance. 2. Leave about AC, not even fans works. 3. Bed stinks, you can't even like to step on it. 4. Dirty bath rooms, looks like it is not even cleaned since 1year. 5. Room floor is like public bus stand. Use always footwear to walk. 6. Water in taps are immense salty and bad odor, no geyser. 7. If you order food here, it won't get in time. You will die of hunger. Families who is having small kids, take care of it. 8. Prices are like 3 star hotels but maintenance is like zero star hotel. 9. Don't spoil your holiday by staying in this resort. Better to stay in home. *** Suggestion to management : Change your staff, Don't ruin the resort with worst maintenance.

Food is horrible. Can be better managed rooms and food should be transformed. Drive 3kms towards the town you will get the best food in Chirala. ( Pattabhi Sweets are famous, Street Eateries tiffins and Mirchi Bhajis and Non Veg or Veg meals you can enjoy. Private Beach is what you can enjoy in this Resort. Couple of my friends stayed over and shared their bitter experiences. Management please transform. Value for money, good room services, good food is much expected. Staff also outsourced locally not a regular monthly basis employees ( college students ).

We have visited with family (two) it was horrible experience and very painful Resort is not maintain, no service, food was non at all good Basically only two three people and one owner was there and no one will there to listen and service. Photos on goggle are Froud. We cut down the trip and left the place in one day.. The beaches are so dirty, people are doing dedication in open . In short avoid this resort!

Very pathetic rooms and service is given based on money u spend ...if u book Non AC rooms then it is the Biggest mistake by u..they will hold it and give u AC rooms later by demanding extra money as u are in helpless situation ...please do not order food here ...they are getting it from fast food stall outside for Rs70 to Rs100 and make it into 2 portions and sell each portion for Rs250..they are looting the people and fooling. it is very near to fisherman's boats , which is making this place with stinking smell all the time ...

Good . They only provide food for whom are taken room in the resort. If they provided food for everyone like an restaurant. I would be 5 star rating.. When i visited there is film shooting. Dont know movie name. Overall good but not excellent. Benefit is it is very near to beach

Worst rooms, resort was built in 1990's. No maintainance of rooms. On top of all, they order food from outside at cheap costs and serve us at very high price. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Horrible ambience, kept waiting for more than an hour just to get room keys, no one to welcome or address you, old rooms, very bad food and highly priced, only cold idly and cold dosa were served as part of complementary breakfast, very limited breakfast, and they are not ready before 9AM. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway this is not the place beware and take a wise decision worst service , it's just torture in the name of hospitality

Cost is too much high when compare to the atmosphere and location. Worst management and very worst service. They are not even like to treat guests with respect. No proper rooms, water and management is very arrogant. Staff is not cooperative and to get the rooms we were waiting for more than 5 hours. Wash rooms are not clean and water is black. Public toilets are better than these wash rooms. We checked out within 2 hours after such a bad experience. I strongly suggest to avoid going here.

Pathetic!!! I would have given negative rating if Google had given a chance. Public toilets (sulabh complex) are much better than the common rooms. It's better not to talk about the service and the behavior of the owner.

Let's go point by point. Management received me properly. I went as family with a small kid. I have few more requirements on food according to baby. Room maintenance is not superb, it's OK. Food: quality is superb and must try chicken varieties. They provided food to baby also. Spacious area Open beach, which is very near than any other resort. On the whole it's worthy

We visited the place for our weekend gateway as the beach seemed quite good in the pics. We didn't expect much initially ( after reading some not so good reviews online) but had a memorable experience there! The location is just superb and probably the only resort with a beach front, which is quite clean, well maintained and not crowded. The owner of the resort personally ensured that all the guests were looked after. The road that lead to resort is slightly narrow( Maybe 300 metres) but mostly empty so not an issue. Planning to visit it again to spend some quality time by the ocean...far from the city noise !

Very poor and bad experience. Don't order food as it was very bad. Resort is full mosquitoes and flies. Very pooly maintained. They spoiled my family trip. Not safe at night as door quality is very poor. Negative points for the resort, service, food quality, rooms, cleaning.

Worst resort...Kindly don't plan here. For families this place is a strict no as it's not safe. We checked in at 10.30 pm and the room was stinking when we entered. When asked, they said they cleaned with phenyl. The local phenyl smell was so strong and we were not able to breathe. Fan was like never cleaned for years and the generator's sound is better than the fan. Pillows were too dirty and stinking with torne pillow covers. We asked for one extra blanket and they provided one dirty thin bedsheet, we asked again to provide blanket but they didn't turn up.They are least bothered when we talked about this issue the following day. Washrom was too stinking. Its too worst service. Not at all clean and hygiene.

Worst experience you can ever have. List is too long but initially they did not provided rooms which they commited earlier but after discussion they agreed to provide rooms which were commited previously. Rooms condition are worst and they charged 4500 per day which ideally should be 1500-2000 max per day (honestly even 2000 is high for those rooms) Washroom flush had leakage, very less lighting in room. Highly Unhygieninc room (include towels which are not at all usable). Furniture which they provided in room were broken. Shower was not there at all (shower slot was there but water was flowing from that particular place) Zero maintainance of resort. The so called 'private beach' is not at all cleaned. They did noteven provided glasses to us (giving excuses that it's being used somewhere else). No cold water facility. As I told list is long. Think twice before you make your booking. I would rather suggest to cancel your trip in case you are not finding any other resort than booking this pathetic place.

We stayed 2 days in this resort last week. Food: We enjoyed decent food with reasonable price Service: Employees are very polite and prompt Beach Access: Just half minute overall we are happy and surely go with this resort in our next vacation too. I read the negative reviews but still dared to go there, and then I realized that I made a big mistake. If you are a family, DONOT goto this resort. No electricity - power keeps fluctuating No food - chef is never available, you are on your own for the food. No people - Most of the time place will be empty. You have to stay alone with only 1 security person. Dirty rooms - They charge 5K, no tv, old rooms, salt water in the taps, ac spills water. Only thing that is good is location. Its just beside beach. Housekeeping people are very helpful.

The worst rooms I have ever seen.. Food prices are like in 5 star hotel... Dirty dining area..there is no maintenance. I don't recommend to any one.. will not visit this again in my lifetime.. I have no option to give rating below 1..

Dont waste your time or money here. If you are not getting any other place to book.its better to stay at your home rather than ruining your holidays. Pathetic condition. Its nowhere close to a resort or even a proper hotel room. I think they last renovated 10 yrs back and post that there has been no maintenance. Also do not fall in the trap of making the advance payment in full. Its just a way to grab your money, because once you visit here you will never agree to spend even 1 Rs. Please take my advice and avoid at all cost.

As it is rural place and it going commercialized but still you will feel you are in a remote where not much options are available. Buddha beach place is good place to hangout but do not expect very good services in this property as you are order something it may tak 2hrs to serve sometime and rooms are not very good but locations of this property close to beach will take your heart for sure. If you are a beach lover or you want to stay close to beach you can consider this property . In this property you can access the beach in nights as well.

Worst resort ever seen, no maintenance, no communication between the employees and the owner. The owner is a cheater and rude, for booking he responds in a jiffy but when asked for the room's conditions he will not. over the phone he shows the photos of when he built the resort, but when we r in live it's far to see them. Just because of his fake commitments of the package like birthday celebration, room fare he charged too much but nothing got fulfilled, in fact we left the place leaving the money, as he didn't agree to refund, but it's not a place to stay with family especially with kids. We wasted our time and money and he ruined my son's birthday celebration. Don't even plz choose this resort. Due to this owner's responsibility and fake words, our trip got flooped.

This is the only resort with beach view.Not disappointed from any prospective. The hospitality was good.The staff were kind and polite.The food menu was limited but the food was quite amazing. There were indoor games and projector.The place is very calm and view of the beach is very refreshing and relaxing. Finally it was the place to revisit.Anyway I loved it!

My friend recommended this place as he really had a great time during his visit in 2020. But when we visited recently, we had a bad experience. Rooms are not clean, I think they have stopped maintenance work of tiles, walls etc... Commodes, Flush are in poor condition. They serve tasty food but they don't care if the food is cold. Don't trust the words of staff, they take too long for every service you request for. I don't recommend for family as service is very important when we take family. Owner is very good person, but it think he should take priority in maintaining the rooms, otherwise soon people will leave the resort immediately after reaching there. Only advantage as of now is the resort is accessibility to beach. I recommend only group of friends who enjoy alcohol, late night partying people to book this resort for now until resort is maintained properly. Staff are really polite and good people, but I'm not sure why they don't service properly in time. Recommended for group of friends for short stay.

Rooms were not clean. Need proper maintance. Charges arectok high if we compare rooms. Smell is all over the place fish market is near by. Food is average. Only benefit is private beach but that also not cleaned.

Definitely needs renovation and upkeep to be at par with the standard room quality. Huge scope of change and improvement. Location is a huge plus. Service is limited but they try their best with what ever they have and can.

Resort is full of greenery well maintained. It is near to sea. Those who wants to enjoy night walk or silent sitting in night near the sea can go for it. This resort is not hi-fi, like having swimming pool, bar, club, etc. But those who are going to have peaceful vacation, enjoy beach, wave sounds, and spend quality time with family can definitely go for it. Rooms are decent and well maintained. Also it offers private beach. Beach is also neat and clean. Also this resort is near to local area, so local food can also be enjoyed which again is yummy and pocket friendly.

When we had complained about the services to owner, he started shouting and threatened to throw us out of resort in middle of the night. It was nightmare. Food terrible. Rooms even more. Food and hospitality have been great. Vijay owner of the resort made sure our team felt so comfortable during the stay. Resort had private entry to the beach which is big plus. I would recommend this place who is looking for good stay.

WARNING WARNING WARNING!!! DON'T GO if smell of drying fish bothers you... The place is seated next to a fish drying farm, rendering the place inhabitable... The staff is almost on the verge of giving up on you... Things are priced way out of proportion... But ultimately the beach experience is ruined by your own ability to breath... Coz you know!!

There is no negative star else I would have given it. They were charging 3 star hotel rates earlier while it is not even half star hotel. Sunday evening we arrived and we were tired to care about the room. That room had geyser malfunctioning. Next day they cudnt repair on time and so shifted to near by room. There ac worked for the night but again the day after it stopped working. There are lot of flies and we can't open doors or windows even for a minute. There is fisherman's bay nearby leading to lot of flies. TV didn't work in both rooms and they repaired with great difficulty. They bring food from outside on weekdays for breakfast. Rooms are dirty n not well maintained. If you want cheap n horrible stay for 1000 go for it without any expectations. It was very much over priced earlier. Resort needs major replanning. I felt cheated

Very poor service . I had called the hotel official number available on their website for room reservation on 24th June , someone answered and said that the rooms are available and asked me to call on Monday . On Monday I was asked to drop an whatsapp message to some different number for rooms availability. After 4-5 calls and multiple messages on Monday I got reply on Tuesday morning that the rooms are not available ( I got the reply after I posting the review in google )

1st thing is all the Chirala/Bapatla resorts are very expensive since there is very limited options available. They make your pockets empty at the time of checkout. 2nd thing never buy the liquor from them, they charge a lot, better food options so don’t worry, they are not conserved about room hygiene and you find basic amenities which makes you feel that you are staying in some ashram since you are homeless..Finally this resort is next to fish market and all the fish waste and water will be dumped in to the sea which is something you cannot stay for long at the shore due to smell, also in the evening all the boats will be anchored opposite to this resort near shore and you miss the view of the sea..and it will be so much crowded with fishermen. Finally I can say if you can afford there are few more options and you have to do booking a month before. For last minute booking you will end up landing in this resort. But security and privacy I would rate 5. It’s perfect for family and couples

Nice place for outing 1 or 2 days escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Easy access to the beach, tasty food, great ambiance and lot of activities you can do. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for peace of mind and want to spend a quality time with family, even couples can enjoy romantic evenings.

Number 1 resort in worst resorts challenge, management doesn't know how to behave and speak with customers, rooms(they call them as villas) were built in 1970 and suitable for some horror movie shoot, food was delivered with in 2 hours only( super service) and the delay for delivery is no Gas🤯. Owner consumed alcohol and asked us to adjust in the room else he will take to his house (I don't understand if we went to hangout or document on his house). Food was very cool after heating it for 2 hours. When the wrong order was delivered and asked about it owner ordered their staff to throw out our bags and throw us outside. He even throwed the food outside for complaint (he doesn't know the value of the food). Every penny you pay there is waste. We happened to leave the place at 1 AM because of unhealthy environment. Just avoid this resort.

Worst food.They charged Rs 300 for chicken 65.But there was no chicken in that.Worst quality food. Note: Do not order biryani here.The chef made biryani with fried rice by adding some chicken bones.We had lot of trouble in the morning after eating that crazy food. The only comfort was that the resort is in beach.

Resort is good. It has good beach view. Need to improve cleanliness. Outside food is not allowed. Restaurant Food is okay but double price of outside. Drinks are available but costs twice. Wine is allowed from outside, so better bring on the way. Breakfast is complementary. Dosa & Idly is good, Sambar is worst, tasted like fish soup. Wifi coverage is bad, only available in restaurant but not in rooms. Single size blanket is provided, expected double size.

A perfect destination for vacation. We regularly visit budda resorts whenever we visit Chirala for vacation. But the only thing is prices are a bit high comparatively when we visit last few times and the food price is also too high. It would be great if you revise the prices.

Food has NOT been provided as ordered… they have brought the food from outside and served as if they have cooked it. Room and washrooms are poorly maintained. This property is right infornt of the sea at Vodarevu beach Chirala in Andhra Pradesh State . The resort has location advantage and the tourists can have the privacy to get into sea at any time and relax and dine in the beach.

They didnt even provide any toiletries. TV was also non functional. In breakfast they daily served same plain dosa,idli and watery chutney. Restaurant is also very dirty and had very poor service. They dont have any food menu. When you order the food, they will just ask what you want without any menu and the food after ordering will be ready after 2 hours. They are charging 4500 to 6000 for a single room which is worth of Rs 500. It is difficult for anyone to stay there for even half an hour . All the limited families who booked online were fighting with the management and asking for the refund. Very horrible experience.
