Rooms are excellent and very big in size. King size bed with well interior decoration. Bathroom was big enough with hot and cold water. Our was on the 5th floor, we availed the elevator it wasn't a problem. Not much restaurants nearby by the hotel authority manages to bring food to your room in request. Over-all it was a good experience.

Please don't book this hall for functions...initially they will give assurance for maintenance and cleaning. But worst maintenance and cleaning on the same. They will charge 4k for AC for 1 hour with no use.

Rooms are very good with respect to amenities. They are having central AC and etc.., but there is room for improvement in the maintenance of rooms. Functional hall is also spacious and it is having balcony view which I liked the most. The main disadvantage is Dining hall. Dining hall is in 3rd floor and you have only one lift to use in which the capacity is max 5 people. Now you can understand the problem in using the lift during functions/events. Also the location, parking space is available but it is difficult to reach due to narrow roads. Overall it is good.

Worst experience... Ciggerate smoke room was given and room service was worst...rooms were much worse...broken and leaking washroom...went to complain, but manager was refusing and tried to verbally abuse...the building looks good from outside...inside is just a dumpster...

Neatly constructed , feels like it is little far from the center of the town though easy to identify the place. Enough parking space even for 4 wheelers should be planned and provided for ease of access. Quality of the construction is good. Adequate and very spacious. Rooms are good and service is good. Maintenance and cleanliness of rooms especially washrooms should be improved a lot.. Overall very good place in a town like markapuram. This place has very good lighting and maintenance. . Premises are cleanly maintained and should be improved a lot from maintenance perspective whether it be cleanliness or it be service...

Rooms in Madhavi Grand Inn are good and it has a big function hall and a big dining hall. Central AC halls and rooms are very neat. Service is good. Dormitory beds are also AC.

I stayed there for a night only. Building is still under construction looks like. Rooms are spacious but IMO they are not able to use it wisely. Chairs, centralized AC, sofa were there with a king size bed. Sofa wasn't clean enough, I saw one cokroach in washroom. I don't know about in house restaurant bcz I stayed here just for few hours at night. My room had only one window that too facing to another wall, no sunlight till 7am. I can't tell about other rooms. For night stay, it's good and cheap but for longer stay, I think, one should look for better hotel. Post construction, this can be a good hotel but it's too early to comment.

Went for a wedding here. It's inside the markapur town. The hall has airconditioning which is great. There are rooms to stay in the higher floors. Parking is a bit tricky and we had to park on the streets. Markapur is a small town and this is probably as good as it gets there.

Good classy Budget friendly Hotel in markapuram compared to other Lodges. This one is very spacious and clean as well as the best Price they offer when it comes to location it's bit far from the city but we can get food and beverages room delivery service ..

Worest lodge,poor room service hotel in third floor ,groun ,firs ,second floors marriage function halls very toomuch distebence,lift not working properly,at the time of function lifts tootally stoped ,don't prefer this lodge

They constructed well.. but maintenance is very poor. Even in suite rooms. Service is zero. Taps were not maintained, geyser water was leaking and neatness to be improved a lot. This was one of the best hotel with function hall. But, immediately they need to improve to sustain
