They offers top-notch filler treatments with outstanding results. The staff is not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and understanding. They took the time to address all Our concerns and provided honest Care and Follow up . YOU SAVE THE LIFE THANK YOU .

Great professional doctors but Very bad service…. Oh my God!!!!!! I wish nobody has to experience what my family went through in this hospital. If there was a star less than 1 I would give it to them.

The worst stuff behavior, really crowded, great doctors and senior nurses, makes you wish that you didn’t have to come here

They have very very bad customer service they makes us wait more than 3 hours even though we were there hour before our online appointment.

Just want to express my honest experiance at Hemen Hospital . My Dr was Dr. Kiflom throughout my 41 weeks pregnancy journey he was amazingly polite, caring and professional . Whenever i have follow up the way he treated me was with compassion. He helped me to deliver my 4000g healthy baby girl through natural delivery even if in the middle of my labor i changed my mind to CS as i was in pain and couldn't think straight but thanks to my Dr. and others who worked at delivery room encouraged me to deliver through SVD. I'm thankful i didn't go through CS. He is also talented in anatomy screening. My daughter's Dr. Was Dr. Kidist she was also amazingly polite and caring she helped me in feeding my baby as i was not able to breastfeed. Dr.Zufan and her team cross checked my stitches the next day and consulted me on how to treat my wounds . Wow over all am thankful for every support i got from Hemen team. ተባረኩ።

The worst customer service specially the reception people are disrespectful. This hospital only cares for money . They don’t care about their patients. Worst patient care. But thank you Dr Adanech for your best service

Dr Mesfin is the best doctor for kids. But the nurses are bad. They make you wait the whole day without a valid reason. The waiting number even starts at number 30 even if you reach there at 8 o'clock which means you can only see Dr mesfin at 3 o'clock in the afternoon

My wife gave birth in here, with the help of Dr. Zufan, who was absolutely great and helpful during the 9 months period After care was also top notch from all the midwives, nurses, and doctors The whole experience was wholesome, even though there are some here and there issues with some sisters here
