It's very crowded and the service is too bad and late I wish they can improve their coustemr service and there is broken chair

I recommended Eliana for family members when they come from abroad and they stay as long as a month at the hotel. But today my experience was the worst I have experienced in any hotel. I am a medical doctor & have a masters from Israel. Today I went to use the lobby to write a work related writing for PhD. I lost my mother 3 months ago and working and functioning properly was and is becoming difficult for me. so I went there because I wanted a place of serenity. I stayed there for 4 hours and the waitress came to tell me that they dont allow customers to sit for a long time. And she said the management said so. I didnt want to say anything back but paid for my 2 coffees and water that I ordered and left without saying anything. I was dressed modestly with jeans and sweater. I would understand if the lobby was full of customers , but to my surprise it was empty. I was thinking of a lot of things would they say this to me if I was another race or even if I was a man? Its acceptable to be mistreated in another country but to be mistreated in your country it is the worst feeling.

The staff were nice and the facilities are clean.It was close to the city center and close to most places Most staff are not fluent in English which makes it hard to communicate, and need to improve.. Food is nice.. Hope to visit again

Me and my sister had launch. We had good customer Service but the pizza and pasta was uncooked, dry and tastless. They said there is new staff in the kitchen. The good thing is they apologies us and changed the food, but we didn’t ate it. Thanks

I tried to book a room at this hotel but the experience was an absolute disaster. When we arrived we were greeted by an extremely rude member of staff who literally ordered our driver and us around. We were then told at reception that there was no room to look at. When we went back to the car, the same employee again behaved extremely inappropriately, as if he owned the hotel. The absolute highlight of the impertinence was that we ended up having to pay 50 Birr for parking.

Went on a Sunday to watch a movie. 1st show, road closed. Had to wait for employees to finally be ready way past show time
