AAU's Natural Science Campus is a place of excellent education and architecture with regards to it's B-complex building. When it comes to the urban design of the general area, one can think of the fact that the three educational establishments: the Natural Scince Campus, Alle School Fine Arts and Design, and Minilik Secondary school share considerable perimeter of their boundaries as an interesting opportunity for urban social/academic experiment between the three of them due to their remarcable proximity. However, they can not be more farther from each other when it comes to the interacting among each other in reality. Spatial relation/organization seems to not affect administrative organization. And there is also the Ethiopian Ministry of Education just around the square/ roundabout still completely avoiding any physical interaction with the three. I believe if the clustering of urban spaces and and their functions are fevorably integrated, their administration should provide an opportunity for social/ academic experiments that matches the configuration.
