The hotel and staff are great and the room was quite nice; however, they expect you to pay to use the gym/steam/sauna. I get paying for a massage, but I've never had to pay to use the gym/sauna when you already paid for the room. It seems like management is trying to squeeze a rock for water. Disappointing, I will probably not be back, due to this.

I had a great 2 weeks at this place. The staff are super friendly and attentive. They made sure to communicate every step of the way. They were always there for the questions that needed to be answered. The public gathering areas and lobby were always clean. There is limited traffic in the public areas. The location is in the city but very quiet in the rooms (4th floor). The city 🌆 view is beautiful in the morning and evenings. I very much enjoyed the staff in every department. They were very kind and I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Stayed at the hotel for one night as a transfer passenger of Ethiopian Airlines on my way to Buenos Aires. Very nice place with wonderful and very helpful staff.

I stayed there multiple times in different room qualities and I must say that I had a great experience every time. You get a great return for the money you pay for and in my opinion it's one of the best affordable hotels in Addis Ababa, i will definitely come back there again. The staff is wonderful and the food in their regular and traditional restaurants (they have a traditional house) is very good and offer reasonable prices. The breakfast is a combination between local and western foods, there can be a bit more variety between each day but overall it is good. Disclaimer: the have spa with good price and gym but i haven't used this service.

Good for a quick bite and only place we could fine in the area to stop for lunch. The fasting lunch time buffet has all one needs but lacks the necessary attention to detail. Table cloths as an example were old and very tired with visible stains sadly making our experience not to be released. I can imagine this is a regular spot for holding conferences and meetings at providing a regular stream of lunch time customers.
